My new cooking menu - Yummy Homemade Cheesecake

I made a cheesecake today ! It was my first time to bake homemade cheesecake, so I was a little bit nervous to taste it and also to see Ray’s reaction after I made it. There are many kind of cheesecakes, and I was looking for a cheese cake which is moisture and soft inside but not like raw creamy cheesecake.   But I couldn’t find it here in the USA.  So I decided to make it by myself after found the recipe for it. This is not heavy, or too sweet.   New York cheesecake or many other bakery stores cheesecakes are too sweet to me.  So glad, the taste came out successful. Ray was like “ This is the best cheesecake ever, that I’ve ever eaten ,  sooooooo good !!! “ It’s really yummy, and well balanced taste. Here is the recipe of the homemade cheese cake below,   it’s easy and simple. I found the recipe in a Japanese website.   Even though I‘m not good at baking cake or pies, I could easily do it  , so I suppose anyone can make it as

My review - London Olympics 2012 - Swimming 2

In day 5 of London Olympics swimming, there was the 100m free style final race.  And Nathan Adrian from USA won it !!!  Highlights: Nathan Adrian Wins Gold In 100m Free  http://www.nbcolympics.com/video/swimming/highlights-nathan-adrian-wins-gold-in-100m-free.html   “ U.S. swimmer Nathan Adrian wins the men's 100m freestyle in dramatic fashion, out-touching James Magnusant by one one-hundredth of a second to earn gold. “  And Yannick Agnel was also in the race.  After seeing the race, I thought 1 to 6 can probably beat each other at any given time, because they all are almost like tie breaker in the end.  As we can see from the result below, swimmers 1 through 6 all came in at the exact same second !!!  The difference in times were by fractions of a second.  Seems that whoever has the best touch to the wall, wins !!!  Here is the result of the race 100m Freestyle , 1. Nathan Adrian - USA 47.52  2. James Magnussen - Au

My review - London Olympics Women Gymnastics 2012

Most impressive woman gymnast for me this London Olympics is Viktoria Komova from Russia.  Especially her floor exercise in all-round was perfect ! Sooooooooo artistic and magically beautiful !!!!!  And the technical part was excellent, too.  Landed all the jumps perfectly and spins as well.  We already watched it many times last night. I’m so happy to find my new favorite gymnast because I haven’t been super impressed like this since long time ,since 1980’s Moscow Olympics.   Viktoria’s movements are naturally beautifully artistic and each part flows and connects smoothly to her next movement .   I think she really has natural artistic talent of movements which are really well-balanced.   I really love to see beautiful performance, so her floor exercise was a huge hit for me.  Ray noticed that Viktoria’s music was mixture of different music including Queen’s song “ the show must goes on “ without lyrics, and “ We will rock you “ and also

My review - London Olympics 2012 , Swimming

I wasn’t watching swimming until last Olympics, maybe only one Olympics when I was a little girl, the times when Mark Spitz was winning everything, because my dad was watching it.  But in this London Olympics, we both are very into it because curious to see Phelps VS Lochte .  I didn’t know about Ryan Lochte until this Olympics, but when I checked his career he was always behind Michael Phelps every Olympics although he was on the podiums with Phelps.  People were speculating about Michael Phelps , some say he didn’t want to compete in Olympics anymore and had another new plan for his life but his mother wanted him to compete so he went to London.  In the last Olympics in Beijing he won 8 gold medals.  In London, he was out of the medals in the first day of competition and Lochte won. However, after that, Phelps seems like he brought back his focus, and he has been winning Silver or Gold since then.  Yesterday, it was shame because Phelps could have ea
