US National Championships 2007 Johnny Weir VS Evan Lysacek Evan Lysacek won and took his first national title and Johnny Weir placed at third . My husband and I've been sick since we saw this men's skating free program in Jan 27. It was like a nightmare. We really got heartbroken when we saw Johnny just broke down crying and didn't stop sobbing at Kiss & Cry area. I couldn't sleep and eat much and lost some weight. Now my weight is 107lb. Because this was not normal competition. All the media supported Evan and they wanted Evan to win. Before the event, the media advertised only Evan's pictures and posters everywhere. and in their fluff, they showed Evan and Johnny's rival comments but always Evan first and Johnny second even though Johnny is the three time national champion.
