I recently changed my email account to comcast. and while doing the set up for my email account in my windows livemail in windows 7 , by following the comcast instruction , I noticed that it doesn't work. I tried to find more information about the instruction online  and had tried it as well, however nothing had worked using all the port numbers which   were listed in the instructions. So I just tested several combinations of numbers for "Server port numbers" by myself . and discovered the correct port numbers for it.
