Fruits brunch

I usually get up around 11 am, so my first meal in a day is always brunch.  and lately I'm really into eating Fruits. I rarely had not eaten much fruits since when I was young even though I love fruits,  because I preferred to eat normal meal, and after the meal I was already feeling full and no space for fruits or deserts for my stomach. In tea time ( coffee break time ), I often ate snacks , rather than fruits. So my mother often had told me to eat more fruits.   Lately, I happened to find an article about a Fruitarian who has been eating only fruits for 7 years and 8 months, and has been very healthy so far. I do not think I will be a Fruitarian but I decided to eat fruits since then, and I noticed that eating a lot of Fruits makes my body healthier. I often got the feeling of sleepy when I was eating rice, noodles, potatoes for breakfast or brunch. But I noticed that eating fruits doesn't make me sleepy feeling and get more energy. Fun time Bowling

This week, we went to play bowling! I like to play bowling but my husband and I haven't played it since about 15 years ago when we were still living in Saint Louis, Missouri. I don't know why, but suddenly I felt really wanting to play bowling recently. So last Tuesday when my husband was day off, we went to play bowling around here. There were several bowling centers in Tucson and we chose highest rating place, called " Lucky strike bowl ".   I don't have much bowling experience,  but I remember that I really enjoyed playing it with my family and relatives when I was a child. There was a famous and popular professional woman bowler in Japan called Ritsuko Nakayama at that time, and many people were influenced by her , so bowling was popular with public in that generation.   and I also played with my several friends when I was a teenager.  It was quite fun as well.     and then had a long blank from it until 2002.  My average scores I got in the past we
