Easy, Yummy Pumpkin ( Kabocha ) Cheesecake Recipe

I'm really into Pumpkin/Kabocha for foods recently, so we eat it every day. and yesterday, I made a Pumpkin/Kabocha cheesecake again! It was soooo delicious ! so I wanted to share the recipe of the Pumpkin/ Kabocha cheesecake. Recipe of Pumpkin ( Kabocha ) Cheesecake Ingredients *  Kabocha/Pumpkin  -    1/2 *  Organic Sugar - 100g to 120g  ( based on your taste )  I put about 110g. *  Cream cheese spread :  250g *  Flour : 40g *  Milk : 200cc   (   or Milk 150cc, Half & Half 50cc ) *  Eggs  -  3 *  Olive oil or butter - about 10g How to make it ? 1. Put butter or olive oil inside of a baking pan all over, then put a baking sheet on the baking pan. 2. Heat up the cream cheese spread in the microwave until it gets soft. 3. Today, I would like to write about our new discovery , amazing benefits of Pumpkin / Kabochas ! Originally, my husband and I both were not so crazy for Pumpkins except for pumpkin pie.  But since I happened to find the recipe of pumpkin cheesecake in online recipe site,  I was curious to make it because it looks very delicious. So, last week I tried to make it.  During Halloween season, Pumpkins were everywhere but after finished the holiday,  it's all gone and it was hard to find it .  But finally we could get it in the farmer's market place  called " Sprout ". Today, I would like to share my new discovery , yummy potato salad recipe  ! My husband and I felt it's the most delicious potato salad we have ever eaten. Very yummy !  Originally I was not so crazy for potato salad in the past,  but recently when I was looking for a new menu and a recipe I've never cooked,  I found this recipe for potato salad.   The picture looks like normal potato salad,  but when I saw the ingredients and the recipe for it, it's different from the recipes I knew, so I felt like let's try. Easy Yummy Recipe- Sausage & Potato's Stir fry

Today, I would like to share an easy , yummy recipe for sausage & potato and asparagus stir fry ! I recently found this menu online, and found that it's very easy and delicious.  My husband also really loves it. It's also good for beer snack as well. Here is the recipe below. Our Autumn trip to Mt. Lemmon, Tucson , AZ

We went to Mt.Lemmon last Thursday ! I was always curious to go there but we couldn't find the right time to go until then. But recently , when we went to a super market called Trader Joe ,  a friendly young lady who was at the cash register told us a story about her weekend , that she went on a trip to Mt.lemmon and really enjoyed it , driving around , beautiful scenery, and she stopped at a  gift shop and  a cookie store called the Cookie Cabin. She recommended us to go there because it's really great. Very lovely young woman.   Her story also made Ray curious to go to Mt.Lemmon, and see what  it's all about . So we decided to go ! By the way, I got a haircut last week and changed my look. I was always curious to have a Short Bob style, and this year, seems like the Bob style is trendy, so I thought let's try.   I feel like I became different person with this hair style. Hair style can really change the impression.        It was a very su
