Ray and I went shopping today.  In our place, there are not much choice for shopping as there is in Tokyo, Japan , and so we always use the biggest shopping mall around our place. It’s always fun to shop, buying some clothes. And after that we ate out and also drank frozen cappuccinos.  I bought a pair of black sandals and some clothes , and Ray bought a cool T-shirts. Last time , he bought a pair of black shoes that look like peter pan shoes, very unique. So this time, main shopping was for my clothes. While I was in the dressing room at a store, I did notice my extra luggage around my waist.  I gained… I used to have slim body, although my weight was always up and down. Seriously, I decided to lose some weight and get shape after facing the fact. My work is a desk work , and I don’t walk much since I came to the U.S.A. and started working at home.
