Japanese style pasta

Yesterday, I made one of our favorite pastas for lunch. The taste is more like Japanese taste because of the sauce. It’s very yummy. Ray ate it within a few minutes as usual. Pastas and noodles are always his number one favorite meals. Ingredients 1. Davinci brand Linguine ( made in Italy) 2. Japanese cabbage ( Hakusai in Japanese) 3. Green asparagus 4. Beans Sprout ( Moyashi in Japanese ) 5. Pork ham 6. Vegetable oil Sauce 1. Mirin - ¼ cup 2. Cooking sake - 1/8 cup 3. Soy sauce - ¼ cup 4. Sesami oil - one or two table spoons 5. Chili hot bean sauce - one tea spoon The point is the pasta. I have tried some pastas which were made in the USA, but I found Italian pastas are more delicious and it was so different, so I don’t use American pasta anymore. After boiling the pasta ( until becomes not too soft but not too hard ), stir pork ham, then all the other ingredients in a frying pan. Then mix the pasta with those ingredients in the frying pan.
