Easy Homemade Muffins part 5 – Healthy Blueberry Muffins

This is my husband’s another favorite muffin as well as the plain muffins. It’s healthy because of the blueberries and honey ! Ingredients  ·          * Butter – 60g ·          * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 90g ·          * Raw honey – 20g ·          * Yogurt – 120g ·          * Flour – 200g ·          * Baking Powder – ½ table spoon ·          * Vanilla Essence – a little ·          * Blue berries – 150g to 200g How to make it ?    1. Melt the butter and put it in a bowl and beat it well. 2. Add brown sugar into the bowl and mix with the butter. 3. Add raw honey into the bowl and mix with them. 4. Easy Homemade Muffins part 4 – Yummy Cinnamon Coffee Muffins

I’m getting addiction to make muffins, and every two days I’m making different kind of muffins. This time, I made cinnamon coffee muffins !   This is my personal favorite kind of muffins that I’ve ever made so far.    The coffee taste is soooo good ! If you love cinnamon coffee taste, you will love these muffins.   Ingredients  * Butter – 120g * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 60g * Raw honey – 60g * Eggs – 2 * Flour – 200g * Baking Powder – 5g   ( 2 tea spoons ) * Instant coffee – 2 table spoons * Milk   - 100g * Cinnamon powder – a little ( you can choose based on your personal taste ) How to make it ?  1.
