This is my husband’s another favorite muffin as well as the
plain muffins.
It’s healthy because of the blueberries and honey !
Ingredients

* Butter – 60g
·
* Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 90g
·
* Raw honey – 20g
·
* Yogurt – 120g
·
* Flour – 200g
·
* Baking Powder – ½ table spoon
·
* Vanilla Essence – a little
·
* Blue berries – 150g to 200g
How
to make it ?
1. Melt the butter and put it in a bowl and beat it well.
2. Add brown sugar into the bowl and mix with the butter.
3. Add raw honey into the bowl and mix with them.
4. Add eggs into the bowl, one by one.
And mix with them.
5. Add Yogurt and vanilla essence into the bowl and mix
with them.
6. Add Flour and
baking powder into the bowl and mix with them.
7. Add blue berries into the bowl and softly mix with
them.
8. Pour it into the muffin maker.
9. Put it in an oven at 350 degrees for about 25 to 27 minutes.
