Looks like every week the required elements is getting more and more difficult. And during the week at practice, two skaters got injuries, Rebecca Bidig and Brook Castile ( who is Jonny’s partner ) and one skater, Brandon Smith got illness and was carried by ambulance to the hospital and could not attend the show. Even though I’ve heard and knew how hard and dangerous sports figure skating can be, seeing these celebrities challenges during the training in this show, it shows even more clear. And also as Johnny said, the fact is that skating judges don’t care skater’s health condition at events. They see and score how they performed in the competitions. At least in STWS, judges don’t judges based on performer’s reputation, political connection. It looks fair no matter what celebrity‘s fans wish to think. Skate for Hope Johnny Weir Bad Romance This is one of my favorite of Johnny’s performances. It’s really an amazing art to me and his movements and body language gave me chills. Love his beginning pose which is so artistic like a beautiful statue ! His natural expression , body language based on the music always amazes me. I love the costume and also he acts the character of Bad Romance of the story, so I love him with make-up for this performance. While watching his performance, I’m watching the story and the character he is acting for every program. Love the costume very much, too. I always love to hear his opinion of artistry, and skating because I see him as a genius creative artist. It's so nice to have something exciting on Monday night again ( just like Johnny’s be good Johnny weir last time ) , we really enjoyed watching the Episode #2 of Skating with the Stars on Monday night. It was sad Sean Young / Denis Petukhov team were eliminated in this episode. We loved and enjoyed very much with their performances. I thought Sean Young has so much personality in her performance ( and also off ice ) and has a big impact whatever she does. Denis ’s music selection ( I always loved his music choice for his and Melissa’s programs ) and his interesting choreography and creative idea were fantastic. It was also interesting to see Denis took Sean to indoor sky diving place . I thought it’ a great idea to take her to the place to catch “feeling “ , without “ thinking ” for her performance, and it was sweet of him to do it. We were watching “ Skating with the Stars “ at 8:30 pm ( ABC CH ) on November 22, because Johnny Weir was there as one of the judges, with Dick Button and Laurie Ann Gibson . Seems like it was about 6.5 millions viewers ! I never knew such a large amount of people were watching this show. I’ve never seen this kind of show, like “Dancing with the Stars“ , and would not care for it if Johnny was not in the show, but it was really enjoyable to watch. Also I found I can know three situations through watching it , as a judge’s side, as a challenger’s side, and my personal view. This way I can objectively watch it to be fair. I could view like that while watching figure skating competitions, but as being a huge fan of a particular skater, judge’s side was often ignored from my mind. I had a strange dream last night. Ray and I became two of the judges out of 8 judges in a fashion event ! And there were about 10 models. I was impressed by two models’ fashions and for the rest of the models, not so memorable. It’s just a dream, however I could feel the situation of judges through it. Even if a model has good taste of fashion, if the model doesn’t make an impact to judges, the judges don’t remember him/her. Creative photos That’s how I felt in my dream. Johnny Weir " Just Dance " at Battle of the band Wheeeeeee !!!! This is another gem performance from Johnny !!! OMG, I can’t stop this excitement while and after watching it !!! He skated with Lady Ga Ga’s “Just dance” at Battle of the band show in Canada. In the beginning of his expression and poses, pantomime are really like David Bowie , I love the make-up and the hair. And of course the costume which he was using for his Bad Romance number.   Cool, Fierce, hot, gorgeous, artistic, eye-catching, glamorous and entertaining. I love his every movements, and his expression of this. I especially love the part the picture above. Wild & hot. His arms and hands and fingers and the lines, every movements are so sensitive and his expression !! His jump was strong and solid and love the pose after landed it. So beautiful ! All that skate show which was held on October 2 ,3 in LA was on TV (NBC) on Sunday morning.( October 10) This show looked very high quality seeing all the settings around the ice rink and the hall and the cast members. NBC showed from the opening group number. I looked for Johnny ( always) , he was wearing blue pants and his eye make-up with black eye shadow, looked like he was wearing black sunglasses seeing from far away. I got excited when I found Johnny in the opening number ! Ray laughed whenever I was calling his name with excitement. It’s a Yu Na Kim & Michelle Kwan’s ice show which was sponsored by Korean companies , and they mainly showed these two skaters.
