Recipe - Yummy Custard cream Donuts - So delicious !

I made custard cream donuts recently. These dough are very soft and fluffy.   and not so sweet. Very very delicious ! I was not so crazy for donuts in the past because store donuts I've eaten were usually too sweet for me. and I thought it's difficult to make donuts at home by myself without fermentation machine. But recently I discovered that we can cook donuts without fermentation machine in youtube cooking video. My husband loves donuts a lot especially soft & fluffy donuts. So I thought lets' try. If you are like me who love less sweet donuts,  you will love these donuts. How to make custard cream donuts ? I got the recipes in two youtube videos. One for the donuts,  and  another one for the custard cream. Recipe of Yummy Homemade Gluten Free Blueberry & Cream cheese Muffins

    I made Gluten free blueberry & cream cheese muffins today ! It's very healthy and yummy, not too sweet, so my husband and I love it. If you are looking for yummy gluten free blueberry muffins, here is the recipe for it. Recipe of Homemade Gluten free blueberry & cream cheese muffins - ( Six muffins )   Ingredients    *  Olive oil -  60g *  Coconut oil -  60g *  Organic raw cane sugar  - 80g *  Raw honey - 15g ( 1 table spoon ) *  Baking powder - 2 tea spoons *  Eggs - 2  *  Gluten free flour ( such as rice flour ) - 200g *  Blueberry - 170g *  Cream cheese - 30 or 40g   How to make it ? Yummy Banana Shake / Smoothie Recipe

Today, I would like to share the recipe of my favorite Banana shake ( smoothie ). During the hot summer time, it's really yummy and is cooling down our body , so makes our feeling fantastic to drink it. I usually drink it after exercise, and feel like I'm in a heaven. Yummy French Cinnamon Toast and Hot Apples

I made French cinnamon toast and also hot apples for brunch last weekend. I'm not usually crazy to eat sweets for breakfast or brunch but this French toast is special. So yummy !!! I feel like I want to eat it every weekend. I have made French toast only once when I was still single. I remember it was very delicious, but since then, I don't know why but I forgot about it. Yummy Pasta for Summer time - Tuna & Grated Daikon Radish Pasta

Recently, I was looking for a recipe for summer time pasta which I have never eaten, and found the recipe of "Tuna & Grated Daikon radish pasta ".  It sounded delicious, so I made it for today's lunch. Love, love love !  It's perfect for summer time's meal. I love grated daikon radish so much. Here is the recipe of the Tuna & Grated Daikon radish Pasta. Ingredients  ( for one person ) * Pasta * Tuna ( a can of Tuna, good to choose good quality Tuna  ) - About 1/4 - 1/5 of Tuna in the can. * Green onion - 1 piece of green onion * Daikon Radish  - about 2 inch long. * Olive oil - 1 table spoon * Lemon juice - about 2 to 3 table spoons * Soy sauce - about 2 to 3 table spoons Sauce * Put soy sauce ( 2 to 3 table spoons ) and lemon juice ( 2 to 3 table spoons ) in the a small bowl and mix it. Chicken & Mushrooms Macaroni Gratin

One of the menus I often cook for dinner or sometimes for lunch is Chicken & mushrooms Macaroni Gratin. Depending on my mood, sometimes I use rice instead of macaroni for only mine. So mine is rice gratin.  My husband loves macaroni and pasta more than rice so our menu is not always the same. Easy homemade muffins Part 11 – Yummy Apple Cinnamon Muffins ( pancake mix )

This is a different kind of apple cinnamon muffins and another of my husband’s favorites. Recently I’ve been repeating to cook these apple cinnamon muffins and blueberry muffins for my husband’s breakfast menu, because he said he always enjoys these two types of muffins. And sometimes banana muffins . Banana muffins are really delicious too but they are  the highest calories and also they are delicious only in the first day, and later they get not so as good as the first day. Cheesecake is still our top favorite desert though.  Chocolate muffins and coffee muffins are also yummy. Here is the recipe for the apple cinnamon muffins.
