Recently I’ve been repeating
to cook these apple cinnamon muffins and blueberry muffins for my husband’s
breakfast menu, because he said he always enjoys these two types of muffins.
And sometimes banana muffins.
Banana muffins are really delicious too but they are the highest calories and also they are
delicious only in the first day, and later they get not so as good as the first
day.
Cheesecake is still our top
favorite desert though. Chocolate
muffins and coffee muffins are also yummy.
Here is the recipe for the
apple cinnamon muffins.
Apple cinnamon muffins - Pancake Mix
( 6 jumbo muffins )
Ingredients
(Syrup )
* Apple – 1
* Salt water – a little
* Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 2 table spoons
* Lemon juice – ½ lemon
* Water – 80cc
* Cinnamon powder – About 2 or 3 tea spoons ( based on your
taste )
* Raw Honey – 3 table spoons ( 45g)
* Butter – 60g
* Sugar – 40g
* Egg – 1
* Pancake mix - 200g
* Milk – 150cc
How to make it ?
1. Dice an apple and put it in salt water.
2. Take out the diced apples from the salt water and put them in a
pan. ( without salt water )
3. Add sugar ( 2 table spoons ), lemon juice ( ½ lemon ) , water
(80cc) into the pan.
4. Simmer it with medium fire about 15 minutes.
5. Turn off the stove and add raw honey ( 3 table spoons ) and cinnamon ( 1 tea spoon ) in the pan and mix with them.
6. Melt butter using microwave.
7. Put it in a bowl and beat it.
8. Add sugar into the bowl and
mix with the butter.
9. Add egg into the bowl and mix with them.
10. Add pancake mix and milk and mix with them.
11. Leaving some diced apples, and put all the other diced apples and
the syrup into the bowl and mix with them.
12. Pour it into the muffin maker.
13. Put the diced apples which were left in the bowl in to each muffin maker.
14. Put it in an oven and heat up with 350 degrees temperature for
about 25 minutes. ( you can also change
the time based on your taste )
