It’s been ages since my last post   and already August has come !    During the time, for about 5 weeks, my husband’s work schedule had changed and we had to change our life cycle as well.    And it took about 1 month to get use to getting up real early in the morning and going to bed earlier as well. I realized that I’m really a night person, and I thought it will change when I get older from night person to morning person, but I’m still struggling getting up such an early in the morning. And I felt like time flies faster with this life cycle because soon it’s the time to go to bed. I usually get some idea for writing during the night time, so during the time I often changed my mind and my ideas were not stable to write. Yesterday ( July 17 ) was my 45 years birthday.  Usually, I’m not so a big fan of doing something special for my birthday, same as other holidays and national holidays. But suddenly I really felt wanting to eat sushi or chirashi sushi yesterday and Ray found a great Japanese restaurant for me and made a reservation for our dinner. Before we took action, we are already careful to choose things to avoid to get disappointed later, and we started checking reviews of all Tucson Japanese restaurants. And we went to one of the best reviewed restaurant “ Sushi on Oracle “ , because it’s the nearest place from our home. It’s a small Japanese restaurant, but the food was much more delicious than I expected.  Surely it was the most delicious Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been in the U.S.A. The staff there ( Sushi on Oracle ) were friendly and polite. We ordered egg roll , a gedashi Tofu , as appetizer, and for main dishes, Chirashi sushi for me, and Teriyaki beef for Ray. Ray drink
