I made a cheesecake today ! It was my first time to bake homemade cheesecake, so I was a little bit nervous to taste it and also to see Ray’s reaction after I made it. There are many kind of cheesecakes, and I was looking for a cheese cake which is moisture and soft inside but not like raw creamy cheesecake.   But I couldn’t find it here in the USA.  So I decided to make it by myself after found the recipe for it. This is not heavy, or too sweet.   New York cheesecake or many other bakery stores cheesecakes are too sweet to me.  So glad, the taste came out successful. Ray was like “ This is the best cheesecake ever, that I’ve ever eaten ,  sooooooo good !!! “ It’s really yummy, and well balanced taste.
