Miho's favorites

This is my husband’s favorite muffin so far.   It’s really delicious and quite moist, not too dry. Homemade plain muffins   ( 4 jumbo muffins ) Ingredients     ·          * Olive oil – 70g ·          * Plain Yogurt – 30g ·          * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 20g ·          * Raw Honey – 20g ·          * Eggs -   2 ·          * Milk – 15g ·          * Vanilla Essence –   a little ( about three drops ) ·          * Flour – 100g ·          * Baking Powder – 3g How to make it ?  This is easy,   just mix all the ingredients in a bowl. ...
