My daily food life

I feel these big size cherries are even more delicious. I wrote about this many times, but I really love these dark sweet cherries.      So yummy !  I feel abundance when I am eating it. I've never seen such big sized cherries until I came to USA. Everything looks big in the USA compared to Japan. Here is my recent breakfast / brunch menu. I have addiction to this menu since a year ago. * Banana + cereal + milk * Bread with honey and cinnamon powder * Fruits  ( depending on the season, it changes ) * Ice coffee ( hot coffee in the autumn to winter time ) * Tortilla chips   Coffee from Costa Rica The coffee we drink is made in Costa Rica. It's the only coffee I can drink, which I don't get allergy .  All other coffee, I get allergy. Costa Rica coffee has actually fixed several of my allergies ( especially for hay fever season ), I don't know why.   My husband's hay fever also stopped when he drank this coffee. It's very delicious. For the foods made in Costa Ri

This Nail Polish Remover is Wonderful !

I was almost giving up to put on nail polish because whenever I was removing the nail polish, my nail was damaged and got white spots.  I thought it happened because of the acetone in the nail polish remover. So I also tried non-acetone one but I still got white spots when I was removing the nail polish after 1 week. But finally I found a nail polish remover that is really working without damaging my nail !   It's  " Blossom, Nail Polish Remover, Lavender, 2 fl oz (59 ml) ". It's organic ,  all natural , acetone-free, non-toxic . I put on my nail polish a week ago, and have just removed them with that nail polish remover now. Recently I 'm having skin problems with my fingers from dry skin and allergy. But this nail polish remover did not hurt my skin while removing the nail polish. and nail was fine after removing the nail polish ! No white spot !  and it's removing the nail polish very well and fast.  Smell is like nice lavender essential oil and I love i

Los Angeles Trip from Tucson, AZ #2 - Japanese Passport renewal & Grand central market

Universal studios Hollywood parking to  Omni Hotel  When we got to the general parking garage, it was already getting dark outside. We set up the GPS for Omni Hotel, and followed the navigation. So it was pretty easy to get to the place. We took the routine of  US-101S to I-110 S. After driving to marge onto CA-110, we took 6th St exit toward 4th street.  and then W 4th street to S Olive street. Omni Hotel was on the Olive street on the left side. When we arrived at the entrance of the Omni Hotel,  Valet parking attendant took care of our car to park in the Hotel's special parking place.  The parking fee was $52(USD) per night.  It's expensive. and there are other cheaper parking lot near the hotel. But we chose the hotel's parking for security since we've read about many problems at cheap parking lot. Everything is expensive in LA compared to Tucson, AZ. We chose Omni Hotel because it was the closest hotel in Consulate General of Japan's location.   We did not w

Los Angeles Trip from Tucson, AZ #1 - Japanese Passport renewal & Universal Studios Hollywood

We went to Los Angeles on November 17 and 18  for my Japanese passport renewal. Every 10 years I need to renew it at the Consulate General of Japan. They are located in several states in the USA,  however they are not located in Arizona,   and there is a rule that Arizona residents who want to renew Japanese passport ( or many other kinds of procedures ) need to go to the Los Angeles Consulate general of Japan.  so I can't use another location to get it.  Since I came to the USA, this is the second time to go to Los Angeles. 10 years ago, we went there by car, and it took about more than 8 hours to get there from Tucson. It was a very long drive. From Tucson to LA, a lot of the drive is through the middle of nowhere,  so it was quite nerve-racking if something happened with the car during the driving.   That time we just got there to get my new passport and didn't have enough time to go sightseeing.  Because my husband could not get enough days off from work and needed to go ba
