I feel these big size cherries are even more delicious.
I wrote about this many times, but I really love these dark sweet cherries.
So yummy !
I feel abundance when I am eating it.
I've never seen such big sized cherries until I came to USA.
Everything looks big in the USA compared to Japan.
Here is my recent breakfast / brunch menu.
I have addiction to this menu since a year ago.
* Banana + cereal + milk
* Bread with honey and cinnamon powder
* Fruits ( depending on the season, it changes )
* Ice coffee ( hot coffee in the autumn to winter time )
* Tortilla chips
Coffee from Costa Rica
The coffee we drink is made in Costa Rica.
It's the only coffee I can drink, which I don't get allergy .
All other coffee, I get allergy.
Costa Rica coffee has actually fixed several of my allergies ( especially for hay fever season ), I don't know why.
My husband's hay fever also stopped when he drank this coffee.
It's very delicious.
For the foods made in Costa Rica, we also love pineapple.
I was not so crazy for pineapple before we discovered Costa Rica pineapple, because it was sour and it made my tongue and lips tingle and hurt.
But the Costa Rica Pineapple does not cause any problem with my tongue, it's just sweet and very very delicious.
I was very impressed with these two items which come from Costa Rica.
Most of the time my brunch menu is the same.
but never get bored.
When I sometimes eat different menu, I miss this menu, so always come back to this.
Honey & Cinnamon powder
I really love this combination.
We tried my kind of honey, and our favorite is "Y.S. ECO BEE Farms, Raw Honey".
My husband also loves orange blossom depending on the brand.
For cinnamon powder,
We love Mexican cinnamon powder, because it's stronger.
Bread
We always buy French bread, fresh baked in store at Walmart store.
It's only $1.00. But we both love this taste.
It has only 1g sugar while many other bread has more.
I found bread with a lot of sugar gain weight easily soon. so we don't eat it.
For bread, I miss Japanese bakery stores because so many kinds of delicious breads and donuts.
In the USA, I went to many supermarket's bakery stores and tried many breads, but most of the bread are too sweet for me.
So we always buy that bread in Walmart.
Supermarket
We usually go to Sprouts, Trader Joe, Lee Lee market, Walmart super center.
It may be easy if we can buy everything in one supermarket.
However, depending on the item, best one for each is in the different stores, so all these four supermarkets are needed for our living.
We buy these items at each store.
* Sprouts - fruits, milk, honey, vegetables, herb tea, laundry detergent,
* Lee lee market - Japanese foods, Meat ( chicken breast ), trash bag,
* Trader joe - cereal , olive oil, organic ketchup, mayo, frozen foods, Seasonings ( sea salt, herb seasonings, basil paste ), Alkaline water, tomato sauce, plain yogurt, butter, eggs, pasta,

For my health,
We both rarely drink alcohol. We drink Italian Beer ( Peroni ) in only the days for celebration, such as birthdays, New year's day etc...
No smoking. I used to smoke until 2010 ( about 12 years ago ), but since then I've never smoked.
Eat & drink- less oil , use olive oil or sesame oil, less sugar, gluten free flour, sea salt, no soda drinks, Alkaline ion water, Costa Rica coffee, fruits, vegetables, not much meat ( only turkey & chicken ), fish ( Tilapia, Tuna ),
My junk food - Tortilla chips,
