I became 60 last Monday ! I can't believe I've lived 60 years ! Feeling like time flies unbelievably fast. Especially after reaching to 50, it's getting faster and faster. I feel like year 2000 is about a year ago,  90s is a few years ago, but it already past over 20, 30 years since then. About birthday, When I was younger , I was thinking that birthday is the day for celebrating my birth, and it's for myself.   But one day, I realized that in that day I was born,  my mother worked hard to give birth to me while feeling pain. My mother gave birth to me by caesarean section because she had a narrow pelvis.  I saw her cesarean scar when we took a bath together when I was a little kid. My dad also worked hard to earn money and took care of me with love. Since then I realized that  birthday is the day to gratitude to my parents. I am very thanking to my parents who gave   birth to me in this world and  raising me with love. In that day at evening...

  I feel these big size cherries are even more delicious. I wrote about this many times, but I really love these dark sweet cherries.      So yummy !  I feel abundance when I am eating it. I've never seen such big sized cherries until I came to USA. Everything looks big in the USA compared to Japan. Here is my recent breakfast / brunch menu. I have addiction to this menu since a year ago. * Banana + cereal + milk * Bread with honey and cinnamon powder * Fruits  ( depending on the season, it changes ) * Ice coffee ( hot coffee in the autumn to winter time ) * Tortilla chips   Coffee from Costa Rica The coffee we drink is made in Costa Rica.     Happy New year ! 2020 was a really strange, unforgettable year for us and we suppose for everyone.   Because so many unusual things had happened.  I was feeling like  " is it real ?    it's a joke, right ?   " Coronavirus problem is still there in most places in the world, so people can not go travel abroad easily. and have to wear face mask when going out. Last year,  there was mass hoarding of basic necessities  ( such as toilet papers, tissues, paper towels ),  Lock-down,  Working at home, etc ... I suppose it's a big changing year , generation shifts.   As the next Jupiter-Saturn conjunction (21 December 2020) marks an elemental shift (or mutation) from earth to air. We bought three lottery scratchers recently,  and my hubby played two of them and I played one of them. As a result,  my hubby's lottery scratchers didn't win. However,  I got this result below, When I scratched first one, I saw the number "1",  so  Oh, I won $1, then I scratched next one, and saw the number "1" again,   so  " Oh,  I won another one, total of $4 !.   and then I revealed next to next,  and  another "1 " and another and another and another....    and as a result, got all number "1 " !!! I've never got such a result in the past  so I was very surprised ! What is it ??? and then I showed it to my hubby. Searching and watching Youtube videos has been my daily habit.  It's so great and so convenient that I can find anything I want in it.  Recently I've been into exercise videos to shape up my body and for my health. and have been doing some exercises since about a month ago.  My husband started working at home since April and he also joined one of the exercises in his break time.  I tried several exercise videos and realized the most important thing is I can enjoy with it and can continue every day.  There are many videos which are hard work, but if I was younger it's fine but I've read about that after becoming 50s, it's better to do it as fun, and too much exercise are not good for health.  Our bodies are not the same as when we were younger, so it's good to choose exercise based on our body condition and we can continue without difficulty.  The point is having fun and can do every day.  Because it's no meaning if we can no...

Eating seasonal foods are not only good for health but also it's increasing our vibrational energy and it brings good luck.  I love this season so much because my favorite fruit Cherry is the food in season right now,  and I can eat cherries every day !  I don't know why but Cherry has been my favorite fruit since I was a little girl.   In my childhood, my image of Cherry was always Luxury fruit because it was  expensive and I was not able to eat much. So I was often dreaming to eat Cherries until I get full. In my parents generation, they said Banana was very expensive because it was not easy to get in Japan and was known as luxury fruit until the year I was born.  Now we can buy bananas about less than 70 cents/lb so I eat it every day. It's been forever since my last post ! During the time, we have moved to a new place.  I love these views.   Beautiful mountain views. New Guitar   My husband bought a new guitar ( in the right side, brown & black one ), so we decorated it with his other guitar in the wall. New winter slippers  These are my new winter slippers which are like rabbits.   It's warm and comfortable. New Sneakers   Socks sneakers.  They are very comfortable with soft cushions. It was my birthday on July 17, and we had been wanting to go on a day trip somewhere, so we went to Tombstone that is close to our place, finally!  About 7 months ago, we had watched the movie " Tombstone " which was released in 1993 and we both really like it because it 's well made and well acted.  It's also based on a true story.  The location is close from our place, and it takes about one hour and a half to get there.  We realized that we have been living here about 16 years but we have never been to the town Tombstone.  It's said that many of the buildings in the town are still as they were in the 19th centuries time period, so I wanted to go there.
