The Energy You Give Out is the Result You Get !

Before I fell asleep, I always read a book.

That's one of my habit !

Last night, I was reading one of my favorite book called " Atractor factor " by Joe Vitale.

It's a self help book , very spiritual and also very practical.

This is not just a new age book and it's kind of like a famous classic book " Napoleon Hill " .

But it has more clear information to be successful.

I read this book over and over and I'm still getting a lot of help from it.

Every time I read it , I always discovered the key of our life success from it.

" The Energy You Give Out is the Result You Get " .

" Emotion has Power "

" Your Inner Becomes Outer " .

The author Joe Vitale says "The energy you give out is the result you get " That's the attractor factor.

It's really true !

Everything in the world is made up of energy including human , plants , even furniture and decorations.

It means, when my energy is positive with full of passion to get what I want in my life , I will get good result.

On the other hand, If my energy was negative with full of passion for what I want, ..... It' really scary to think about that.

It's all reflected from the Universe.

How positive energy level is important to get what we want in our life.

I also noticed that many of successful people are very energetic and looks very powerful.

For example,

In men's figure skating, Evgeni Plushenko is a king of ice right now, he won all the title at competition events including last winter Olympic .

I checked his bio and his past result of all the events.

Amazing thing is his lowest position was 4th and it was a long time ago, when he was 13 or 14 years old. and most of the events of his position were 1st or 2nd position.

Ray and I went to COI ( Champions of Ice show ) this summer and we saw Plushenko there.

When Plushenko first appeared on the ice, I felt strong power from him. Ray was saying the same thing.

He looked like a top elite skater with full of confident but not looks arrogance.

His live skating was so energetic with full of passion !

I always thought when he is doing quad jump, his air position was not stable but he was always landing !

That's really mystery but I just think he was landing using his power.

I guess Plushenko was focusing on only the scene that he is landing perfectly without fear.

I thought he won all the title using his powerful energy ! and that can kill all the negativity.

His energy is very stable, even when he had high fever , his energy looked more powerful.

Very strong fighter and respectful person !

However , personally , I think Johnny Weir and Emanuel Sandhu are the most talented skaters.

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time. It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand. It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it. Warabi mochi is a food which is normally made of Kinako ( soybean flour) & sugar & warabi powder and it's one of my favorite foods. From Japanese Movie " Ame no Amsterdam (Rain in Amsterdam)" I've been into the late 1960s to 1970s generation since several years ago.
