US Nationals Figure skating Championship will be coming soon !

I'm very excited that US nationals will be just around the corner !

Also, I 'm very scared and nervous to see Johnny Weir skate because I'm really a huge fan of Johnny.

I will be really really upset if Evan Lysacek beat Johnny and took the title.

Evan is using old program for his FP and Johnny will skate new programs for both SP and FP.

Since last season, they both were very busy joining US COI tour , especially Johnny also went to Japanese dream on ice show during the time.

He didn't have much time for the training but created two brand new programs.

Unlike Johnny, Evan could not create new FP and only for SP. He is good at skating his old FP " Carmen" and was always getting high scores.

Actually, I'm getting really bored to watch his Carmen since last season.

Seems like many of skating experts pick Evan to win.

I like Evan but I don't think he is a better skater than Johnny.

Actually, can not compared with Johnny, IMO.

Ray is also saying he can't watch the live because it's too scary.

We both really wish Johnny will get four times titles this year.

I know figure skating can not win with only talent but it would be really frustrating to see a very talented skater beaten by a low quality skater because of lost of focus.

Maybe we will tape it and during the time I will be at my office and will check the result on the Johnny's fan site.

I really hope Johnny will skate well and will keep his inner strength.

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time. It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand. It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it.
