Johnny Weir in New York Fashion week event , ice show cocktail party

Johnny was invited by New York Fashion week ice show, cocktail party as a headliner last week. ( February 19)

Johnny performed with the music “ poker face “ by Lady Ga Ga.

This music is similar to European disco music which is upbeat.

And his performance was really fantastic and sooooooo sexy with the costume, the way how he moves, his face, his body line, his form !

According to ice network article, he was planning to perform “ Feeling good “ but he was suggested to do something more current.

This was good, because I was not so crazy for the music of “ feeling good “.

I really loved his “Poker Face” so much. I hope he will skate with this kind of music again.

Seems like he will perform this number in Korean ice show in April. Good for Korean fans !

He may perform it in Japanese COI, too. But not sure Japanese fans love this number or not.

Johnny has many fans world wide, but so far, looks like many of his fans in Western area are loving this number, and I'm happy for that.
His form of movements and the lines are very beautiful and sexy.
One of his movement in it reminds me of Sandhu’s form.

Never knew he can dance so well , it’s not just musical, but he cares so much for the form perfectly.

Besides his facial expression, I think that’s why Johnny and Sandhu's performances are beautiful to watch, because they know the source of the movements and they care so much for small details.

I wonder when Johnny created this number ?

I won’t surprise if he made it within 1 or 2 days since he often did it in the past. He is very creative.

I really hope one of his programs next year will be something upbeat like this.
There are some photos for the event and it was so pleased to see Johnny looks healthier and his skin looks more cleared up and having fun in this event with his friends and etc.

Looks like his weight was backed to normal. His face looked a little bit rounder than he was at Nationals. And his hair style looked great.

I was not so crazy for his thick bangs, and his hair style for this season so it was nice to see he made his hair like that in this event.

Okana Baiul was also there. She was also in Heatherette runway show, when Johnny was walking on the runway two years ago, and I wonder that she may have a connection to heatherette ?

I think it’s very honorable for Johnny to be invited by this kind of event.

That was also hilarious to read about he is rooting for Lysacek for the worlds.

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time. It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand. It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it.
