Chicken & Mushrooms Macaroni Gratin

One of the menus I often cook for dinner or sometimes for lunch is Chicken & mushrooms Macaroni Gratin. Depending on my mood, sometimes I use rice instead of macaroni for only mine. So mine is rice gratin.  My husband loves macaroni and pasta more than rice so our menu is not always the same. And today I want to share the recipe for my macaroni gratin.   Chicken & mushrooms Macaroni Gratin  ( for 2 people ) Ingredients * Macaroni - about 200g * Chicken breast - about 300g * Mushroom  - 200g * Mix vegetable  ( or corn) - 100g * Green beans  ( or green asparagus ) - 100g * Butter – 1 table spoon * White wine – 2 table spoons * Powder Cheese  - a little  ( White creamy sauce ) * Butter – 3 table spoons * Flour – 4 table spoons * Milk – 2 cups * Chicken soup stock – 1 stock * Salt &  Pepper -   a little       How to make it ? 1. Genius, confidence, and how this is influenced by the way in which each person grows up

Today, I would like to talk about “ confidence “ and “ genius ”. When talking about this topic, Franz Liszt is a good example to bring up because he was like the epitome of confidence, and he was a genius as well. Franz Liszt 's confidence was quite impressive besides his out of this world level of piano playing and  his compositions, and his stormy, yet sweet and very generous,  personality.  Amazingly enough, it seems that the only time Liszt really got nervous in his life was when he was a child, when his piano teacher took him to Beethoven to show his piano playing. Easy homemade muffins Part 11 – Yummy Apple Cinnamon Muffins ( pancake mix )

This is a different kind of apple cinnamon muffins and another of my husband’s favorites. Recently I’ve been repeating to cook these apple cinnamon muffins and blueberry muffins for my husband’s breakfast menu, because he said he always enjoys these two types of muffins. And sometimes banana muffins . Banana muffins are really delicious too but they are  the highest calories and also they are delicious only in the first day, and later they get not so as good as the first day. Cheesecake is still our top favorite desert though.  Chocolate muffins and coffee muffins are also yummy. Here is the recipe for the apple cinnamon muffins.
