1. Liebestraum ( Dream of Love ) by Franz Liszt
This is heavenly sweet & romantic music. Liszt composed it while in the middle of a burning love, very passionate and sweet.
It's a killer music to me, definitely my number one romantic piano music.
When it comes to this piece, I love Hiroko Nakamura's playing the best.
Very emotional and when I'm closing my eyes while listening to her playing it, it gets even more touching.

2. Waltz in A Minor - Frederic Chopin
This is a magnificent piece !
Very very emotionally romantic and it's super touching. This was used in the movie " Desire for Love", which is a biographic movie of Frederic Chopin I feel this is also one of the most romantic & beautiful music I've ever heard.
The movie is great , and my image of Chopin and Sand already became the actor and the actress in this movie Desire for Love.
The pianist Lilya Zilberstein plays it really awesome!

Actually Waltz No.10 B minor and Waltz in A Minor by Chopin and Liszt's Liebestraum are tie breaker for me.

4. " The seasons" op. 37a by Peter Tchaikovsky
This is so emotional, and it's really Tchaikovsky ! I picture antique style cafe in Belgium on a rainy day.
5. Mazurka No.47 in A Minor op. posth 67 No.6 by Frederic Chopin
I was unable to find it in youtube but you can listen to this Chopin's composition in the audio CD, " Chopin - Mazurkas ( selection ) with Sandor Falvay at the piano.
This is one of my favorite of Chopin's music ! It's unique, very beautiful and romantic !
6. La Campanella by Franz Liszt
I have listened to many pianists play this piece, and many of them are great technically, but for emotion, I love how Yundi Li plays this. Very dramatic, especially the ending part.

7. Nocturne No.1 in B Flat Minor, op 9. No.1: Larghetto by Frederic Chopin
This is a very beautiful sentimental piece. I don't know why, but I often imagine a romantic image on a rainy day or cloudy day.
All of Chopin's nocturnes are awesome. And this one in particular, is my favorite Chopin's nocturne. It's really great to listen to this music on a rainy day.

8. Piano concerto #1 in E minor, op.11 by Frederic Chopin
This is another of my favorite among Chopin's pieces. When it comes to Chopin's music, it's really hard to choose which one is the best, because they are all almost all tie breaker.
While listening to this music, I am always picturing 19th century's Paris .

9. Valse sentimentale, op. 51/6 by Peter Tchaikovsky
When I first time listened to this music without knowing who was the composer , I had no doubt it's Chopin, but it turned out this one is by Tchaikovsky !!
This piece was also big impact to me, very emotional and sentimental.
My soul loves this piece so much.
I always picture rainy days in a Belgium, or Paris cafe whenever I listen to this music, I get the same feeling with his other piece "The seasons" .
