Recently I happened to find an interesting topic in a popular opinion forum.
The topic was about what do you think about people who say they can see ghosts ( or spirits )?
The person who made that topic of the thread said she can not see ghost and doesn't believe there is such a thing.
She sometimes heard her co-worker saying " I can see ghosts " at work, and she is wondering why does her co-worker say such a thing, and what is her motivation to say such a thing ?
The lady who started the forum topic didn't tell her true feelings to her co-worker directly, she said she just listened to what she says.
Many people started replying to her, giving their opinions.
Most of them are people who can't see ghosts and dont believe it, same as the topic owner.
Also many people answered who can't see ghosts but do believe there are ghosts, and then about 30 people answered who can see ghosts.
My impression from reading all the comments was that the people who said they can see ghosts sounded calm, nothing arrogant about it, but many of them don't tell about it because they already experienced that they may be seen as crazy or have mental issue or strange.
Each person has different experience and telling their own story.
I was curious to read all the comments from people who can see ghosts and their experiences.
Personally, I can not see ghosts and never seen it , however I had some strange experiences when my parents passed away which I felt was a message from another world.
So even though I can't see it, I do believe there are ghosts and there are people who can see ghosts as well, because I think we are all spiritual beings originally.
It's my inspiration.
I'm actually more curious to know about people who can connect to their higher-self, ( or their guardian angels ), who have high frequency level .
All the comments from people who says they can see it were fine.
They said if you don't believe it, it's fine. No one was trying to convince others, but just telling their experience honestly.
That's how I felt.
People who said they are not sure there is such a thing until " proven scientifically " are also okay.
My uncomfortable feeling was coming from people who were already judging there is no such a thing, and don't believe it.
They were aggressive and trying to convince their belief to people who can see and who believe there are ghosts and spirits.
These people said that their view and impression of people who say they can see ghosts, are the following,
1. They just want to get attention.
2. They are lying.
3. They are boasting.
4. They are proud to announce they have the ability to have it and they think they are special.
5. They have issue with their brain.
6. It's annoying because they are expecting to be asked about what they can see .
7. They don't have knowledge about science , they are not math type.
8. If they say they can really see ghosts, show us the proof, and prove it to us.
9. So what ? Is it something I can get benefit from it ?
10. It must be a kind of hallucination.
It's fine they don't believe such a thing, it's free to believe whatever you want, but I 'm wondering why they view this way and why are they judging so much ?
I've read about that psychologically, people tend to see something in others that is part of themselves.
What isn't a part of ourselves, often doesn't disturb us.
Since I knew this, I was often interested how people see others, and their opinion of other people, more than about the person that they are talking about.
Because most of the cases, people judge and see others however they want to think, which may not be based on the truth.
While I was discussing about it with my husband last night, suddenly I found the answer of what is behind some of their minds.
It's a competition mind.
And I have read about that the competition mind comes from either fear or self-complex or both in a psychology book.
Some care more about competition to win a discussion or argument and others care more about self-value to put down people who can see ghosts to make themselves feel better, rather than curiosity to hear, listen, or understand or figure out what someone is talking about.
It seems to me that if someone is really not interested in a particular topic, then why would they even join the discussion.
Many of the people in the forum said they are not interested in ghost stories or someone's experience about ghosts.
Their purpose to join the topic discussion looked to be to say something bad about people who can see ghosts.
Seeing all sides of views, opinions and their attitude and their comments, I felt something unbalanced.
I haven't noticed or paid attention to how many people view people who can see ghosts, until recently.
Because in internet, we can find so many information including people's opinions on life, and when people don't have to identify themselves in public, they can say anything, and their honest feelings are out .
There are also some people who say
" Because I can't see it. why are they talking to me about something which I can't understand ? "
They reject listening to people because they can't understand.
People are different and everyone has their own interests, it's boring to hear someone talking which is not their interest.
I understand that.
But what I felt something unbalanced from the whole discussion maybe, is that I didn't see love between them.
If everyone in the world has no curiosity, no one will improve.
My point here is there are so many people living with fear instead of with love , they choose fight rather than harmony.
Competition minds are just making their life harder and harder.
This is my personal view, and I always value to read one's experiences.
I do not understand the attitude of some of the people who have never seen ghosts or spirits , they said they have no experience to see ghosts or spirits, and yet they are trying to convince their opinion to others , saying how much their opinions are right, using theory.
It looks to me of course, that the people who have actually experienced, know the truth, but not the people who have never experienced.
and also I'm wondering why many people believe theory which are not sure, from people with no experience, and are already judging it's the truth.
The most recent story based on someone's experience is from Dr. Eben Alexander's " Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife ".
According to Dr Eben Alexander, until he experienced it himself, he was one of these people who don't believe ghosts or spirits or afterlife.
And it happened when his whole brain had stopped activity, he had contracted bacterial meningitis and he went into a coma for 7 days, and the doctors said his cortex was " dead ".
But he remembers he had consciousness and saw his spirit guide ( or guardian angel ) and everything what happened during the time ( 7 days ) clearly.
He said while in this other world, his vision and hearing and all senses were working with double the clarity.
I'm surprised to know that many people see people who can see ghosts as having a brain issue , but Dr. Eben's brain was not working while he was experiencing spiritual world.
It was not a hallucination because his brain had no activity during the time.
It means the brain ( or malfunctioning of the brain ) and the ability to see ghosts or spiritual worlds, have nothing to do with each other.
Seeing the discussion in the forum, I thought so many people have fear to know or believe it.
It looked clear, their attitude and what they said to people who can see ghosts.
They have fear so they are trying to convince people that there is no such a thing.
They can't believe their own inspiration.
I feel that by finding out and learning about people who can see things, such as spiritual worlds, and reading their experiences, that I can learn more the key to have good living.
In fact , there are many people who actually saw UFO 's as well.
As far as the forum goes, I stopped checking it , in order to change my frequency level and set up to my favorite channel.
