I became a fan of this Japanese idol group " Snowman " since last January ( 2020 ).

Snow Man is a nine-member male idol group who belong to Johnny & Associates ( a Japanese talent agency formed by Johnny Kitagawa in 1962, which trains and promotes groups of male entertainers known as Johnny's ).

The group was a former Johnny's Jr. unit and debuted on January 22, 2020.

They specialize in acrobatics and dancing.

In January '2020, my husband and I were watching Japanese TV's music station program, and saw the new debuted Idol men's group "Snowman" on TV.

and I was very impressed with one of the members 's performance with the song " D.D".

His name is Daisuke Sakuma.

He was not the main performer in the group for that song, and the camera did not show him much during the performance on TV, but even in such a short time appearance in it, it was a big impact from his dance, expression for me.

and I felt I wanted to see his performance more. and also while he was talking in it, I really liked his voice and talking.

Most of the members of "Snowman" have a lot of background career and performance skills while they were under Johnny's junior .

Oldest members are 28 years old. and youngest is 17 years old.

My favorite member Daisuke Sakuma is 28 years old, one of the oldest members in that group. and in the beginning, I just wanted to see Sakuma-kun's performance,

but while watching many of their videos which they all talk each other personally, and doing some activities, I found they are really funny and sweet each other , so I started interested in all of them.

They are not just idol group, but have a lot of performance skills, this may be one of the reasons I really enjoy watching them.

But Sakuma-kun is my favorite performer because his movements of dance is really amazing, magical and flexible like he has no bone ?

His acrobat skills are awesome as well, very light and looks easy to do it.

It's not easy to find great dancer I like, so I'm very happy to find him.

This is my top favorite of his dance.

His movements, expression and how he is using his cap with the dance is incredible!

and also how he is using all the details of his body, head, neck, arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet movements are breathtaking.

His flexibility is really amazing. Why can he move like that ?

He has classic ballet experience when he was younger beside hip-hop & jazz & Break dance.

so this may be the reason why his movements look graceful and sharp and beautiful.

I've been getting an addiction for his dance. It's just too wonderful.

I like this practice version of the performance because we can see all the member's dance clearly unlike Promotion music video of this song.

and I want to see more Sakuma-kun's woderful dance from beginning to the end, so I prefer this one.

For about singing, I like Shota Watanabe's voice. Beautiful voice. and also Daisuke Sakuma's.

I think Shota Watanabe and Daisuke Sakuma's voices are unique so I can know who is singing when I'm listening to it without even watching.

All the members look so cool while they are singing. and each member's expression is unique, so it's interesting. Sakuma-kun look beautiful.

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time. It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand. It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it. Warabi mochi is a food which is normally made of Kinako ( soybean flour) & sugar & warabi powder and it's one of my favorite foods. However it's high calorie foods so if I eat a lot, it's easy to gain weight. Because Warabi mochi flour is Starch and has sugar in it and is high calorie. So I was not eating it. and then recently I found the recipe of diet Warabi Mochi which is made of Psyllium
