How to open a tight plastic bottle cap ?

Is the bottle you are trying to open extremely tight and impossible to open?

I've just discovered the easiest way to open an extremely tight plastic bottle cap yesterday !

You only need a rubber band !

If the surface you are placing the bottle on is slippery, it's good to place wet towel under the plastic bottle.

Then, tie a rubber band two or three times around the cap of the plastic bottle.

and twist the cap.

It will open immediately.

I was really impressed to know this way, because nothing really worked and my hands got very hurt by twisting it hardly.

When I sometimes put a plastic bottle of water in the refrigerator without opening the cap, the cap got very tight and it was hard to open it.

But since I found this way, I no longer have to worry about it.

If this way is new for you, you may want to try it.

For opening a tight glass bottle lid, it usually works by hitting the edge of the lid with metal spoon.

I really wonder, why ?

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time. It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar.
