Every year I 'm feeling the same, time flies faster and faster, I don't know why? I remember I felt time past so slow when I was a teenager.  and still can not figure out why feeling like time is getting faster and faster. I suppose it will get faster and faster. So time is money. Time is treasure.   Time is a gift. So my new year's resolution for 2019 is  enjoy every moment. Focus on only what I love, what I desire, and things which make me feel happy. Today,  I would like to talk about natural remedy for cold and flu. I haven't caught a cold and flu since a long time ago but last month in January , after I washed my hair  and wiped it well with bath towel,  I was naturally drying it without using hair dryer. Because I noticed that my hair got more shining when I dry my hair this way. and then I went to bed in that night. In the next morning, I woke up with terrible headaches. and I felt joint pain everywhere in my body,so soon I thought I caught a cold or flu.

Recently, amazing things happened to us. My husband lost his hat about 10 days ago,  around October 4th. After Ray got home from his work, and 2 hours later we were preparing to go to walk in the evening, he noticed he doesn't have his hat at home. We both remembered he was wearing his hat when he went to work. and I remember he was not wearing his hat when he got home. So he thought he left it in the car and went to look for it. However, he was unable to find it.  I tried to find it in the car and around the car and everywhere around our home,  inside and out. He had gone to work early in the morning around 6am in that morning, and it was still dark , so he thought he might have dropped his hat when he got out of the car in the parking lot at work. In the next day, he tried to find it in the parking lot and also asked his work place if they found it. But they did not have one and he could not find his hat. It's an Italian style beret artist style hat. 

We went to  El Güero Canelo to get Sonoran Hot dogs last weekend.   I've been living here over 15 years, but I didn't know about  Sonoran Hot dogs  is one of the local specialty of Southern Arizona. So last weekend, as soon as I found out about Sonoran Hot dogs, I checked the stores/restaurants where we can get it. My husband was excited to see it because it looks very yummy in the pictures in the website.    It was Sunday afternoon so nearest restaurants which have the Sonoran Hot dogs were closed.  So we went to " El Güero Canelo" .  http://www.elguerocanelo.com/ It's a self service style casual restaurant, kind of like a Mexican fast food. It's said that the Sonoran Hot Dog, "It originated in Hermosillo, the capital of the Mexican state of Sonora, in the late 1980s.   It consists of a hot dog that is wrapped in bacon and grilled, served on a bolillo-style hot dog bun , and topped with pinto beans, onions

Sunset view here is amazing ! I don't remember that I have ever seen such a breathtakingly beautiful sunset view until I moved to Tucson. Also I was not really crazy to see sunset in the past until I came here because it always made me feel sad and lonely even when I was not alone.    Maybe this might have been the reason I hadn't paid attention much to see sunset. While I was taking a walk around here, the colors of the sky started changing minute by minute around 7pm to 7:30pm. It's hard to ignore these views while walking. I was naturally living in the moment. because it's so stunning !!! Like I'm in an another world or a different dimension. I suppose sunset view on the beach, or nature in Africa must be awesome as well. It's rainy season here now, so the weather is often changeable. During the day, it's usually clear and sunny, but in the evening, dark clouds come in the sky and soon it gets rain and storm.  and  the next day, the ground is usually already dry and all the water gone.      Recently I happened to see double rainbow again ! Last time was about 3 years ago and I saw it after the storm had gone.  https://miho-entwistle.blogspot.com/2015/09/double-rainbows.html But this time, it happened before the storm came up , so the sky looked dark and gray.  I was happy to see it again so I quickly took a photo of it. There are many beliefs about double rainbows. We went to Mt.Lemmon last Thursday ! I was always curious to go there but we couldn't find the right time to go until then. But recently , when we went to a super market called Trader Joe ,  a friendly young lady who was at the cash register told us a story about her weekend , that she went on a trip to Mt.lemmon and really enjoyed it , driving around , beautiful scenery, and she stopped at a  gift shop and  a cookie store called the Cookie Cabin. She recommended us to go there because it's really great. Very lovely young woman.   Her story also made Ray curious to go to Mt.Lemmon, and see what  it's all about . So we decided to go ! By the way, I got a haircut last week and changed my look. I was always curious to have a Short Bob style, and this year, seems like the Bob style is trendy, so I thought let's try.   I feel like I became different person with this hair style.
