Every year I 'm feeling the same, time flies faster and faster, I don't know why?
I remember I felt time past so slow when I was a teenager. and still can not figure out why feeling like time is getting faster and faster.
I suppose it will get faster and faster.
So time is money.
Time is treasure.
Time is a gift.
So my new year's resolution for 2019 is enjoy every moment.
Focus on only what I love, what I desire, and things which make me feel happy.
Today, I would like to talk about natural remedy for cold and flu.
I haven't caught a cold and flu since a long time ago but last month in January , after I washed my hair and wiped it well with bath towel, I was naturally drying it without using hair dryer.
Because I noticed that my hair got more shining when I dry my hair this way.
and then I went to bed in that night.
In the next morning, I woke up with terrible headaches.
and I felt joint pain everywhere in my body,so soon I thought I caught a cold or flu.
But I've never had such a terrible headaches when I caught a cold, usually it started from stiff shoulders and necks and joint pain.
So I went to my computer and drank warm water, and started listening to healing sounds in Youtube channel which is good for all kinds of pain . ( the youtube channel is Sapien's medicine )
It was getting slightly better, but I was still in pain with headache.
and then I made my favorite cold & flu natural remedy formula which is mixture of hot water + fresh lemon juice + grated ginger + raw honey.
After I drank the cup of the natural remedy drink, soon my headache had gone !!!
It was amazing !
However my joint pain was still there, but when the headaches had gone, I was feeling much much better and could do my job even though still feeling sluggish.
and in that evening, I made a Miso boiled Udon soup with a lot of vegetables and garlic.
After I ate the Udon, soon my feeling was getting much much better and felt completely recovered !
This is so powerful !
The point of the menu is garlic , green onion, Daikon ( Japanese or Korean radish ), Potato.
Here is the recipe and ingredients of these natural remedies.
* Ginger Honey Lemon drink
Ingredient
* Hot water - one coffee cup ( or mug )
* Grated ginger - One table spoon
* Fresh lemon juice - One table spoon
* Raw honey - One table spoon
Recipe
1. Pour hot water into a coffee cup or mug cup. ( I use microwave after poring mineral water in it .)
2. Mix all the ingredients, grated ginger, lemon juice, honey.
* Miso Boiled Udon with garlic and vegetables
Ingredient
( for two people )
* Udon noodle - 2 to 3 packs of ready to eat udon ( if there is a powder soup in the pack, it's not necessary so you can throw it away. )
* Green onion - preferred amount
* Napa cabbage - preferred amount
* Daikon ( Japanese/Korean Radish ) - preferred amount
* Potato - 1 ( medium size )
* Chicken breast ( or any kind of meat is fine ) - 150 ~ 200g
* Garlic - two pieces
* Water - about 700ml
* Oil ( sesame oil or canola oil or vegetable oil ) - preferred amount
* HON・DASHI (BONITO FISH SOUP STOCK) - Japanese soup stock ( a little about less than 1 tea soon )
Seasoning ( sauce )
* Miso - 50ml
* Sugar - 1 table spoon
* Soy sauce - 50ml
* Cooking Sake - 50ml
* Mirin - 50ml
Recipe
1. Cut all the ingredients ( Chicken or other meat, all the vegetables ) in your favorite way which you can eat easily.
2. Mince Garlic.
2. Heat a little oil in the pan.
3. Put the chicken breast ( meat ) into the pan and stir fry the chicken until it get slightly brown.
4. Take out the chicken out of the pan and keep them in the dish for a while.
5. Pour water into the pan and boil it until it get hot.
6. Put all the vegetables in the pan and boil it until Daikon and potato get softer.
7. Put minced garlic into the pan.
8. Put all the seasoning ( sauce ) into the pan. Please make sure the Miso is well melted after putting in the pan.
9. Put the cooked chicken breast into the pan.
10. Put the Udon into the boiling water in the different pan.
11. After boiled the udon, put it in colander - draining.
12. and after removed all the water, put the Udon in the bowl.
13. Put the Udon vegetable soup into the bowl over the Udon.
14. Done !
It's very yummy and make your body warm.
Whenever we caught a cold or flu, we eat this Miso Boiled Udon with garlic and vegetables and soon it was recovered !
We did not have to take prescription drugs medicine for a long time because natural remedy always works well and fast.
