Exercise A !

Searching and watching Youtube videos has been my daily habit.  It's so great and so convenient that I can find anything I want in it.  Recently I've been into exercise videos to shape up my body and for my health. and have been doing some exercises since about a month ago.  My husband started working at home since April and he also joined one of the exercises in his break time.  I tried several exercise videos and realized the most important thing is I can enjoy with it and can continue every day.  There are many videos which are hard work, but if I was younger it's fine but I've read about that after becoming 50s, it's better to do it as fun, and too much exercise are not good for health.  Our bodies are not the same as when we were younger, so it's good to choose exercise based on our body condition and we can continue without difficulty.  The point is having fun and can do every day.  Because it's no meaning if we can not continue
