Easy Homemade Muffins part 3 - Delicious Plain Muffins

This is my husband’s favorite muffin so far.   It’s really delicious and quite moist, not too dry. Homemade plain muffins   ( 4 jumbo muffins ) Ingredients     ·          * Olive oil – 70g ·          * Plain Yogurt – 30g ·          * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 20g ·          * Raw Honey – 20g ·          * Eggs -   2 ·          * Milk – 15g ·          * Vanilla Essence –   a little ( about three drops ) ·          * Flour – 100g ·          * Baking Powder – 3g How to make it ?  This is easy,   just mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 1. Start from Olive oil,   yogurt , brown sugar   then mix these three first. 2. Then add each egg , one by one. 3. Then add milk and vanilla essence . 4. Then add flour and baking powder.   Mix all of them well. 5. Pour it into the muffin maker pan. 6. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 27 minutes.   Done!
