Today, I would like to share an easy , yummy recipe for sausage & potato and asparagus stir fry ! I recently found this menu online, and found that it's very easy and delicious.  My husband also really loves it. It's also good for beer snack as well. Here is the recipe below. Ingredients  (2 people ) *  Sausage  - 2 ~ 3 *  Potatoes - 3 ~ 4 * Asparagus ( or green beans )  -  to your liking * Butter    -   15g * Olive oil  -   1 Table spoon * Salt  -  to your liking (based on your favorite taste ) * Black pepper ( or 21 Seasoning Salute ) -  to your liking                                             (based on your favorite taste ) * Chicken Flavor Bouillon - 1 cube How to cook it ? 1.  Cut sausages and potatoes however you want.  2.  Put the potatoes into a hot water in a pan and boil until the potatoes get slightly soft.   or you can also use microwave for it. 3. We went to Mt.Lemmon last Thursday ! I was always curious to go there but we couldn't find the right time to go until then. But recently , when we went to a super market called Trader Joe ,  a friendly young lady who was at the cash register told us a story about her weekend , that she went on a trip to Mt.lemmon and really enjoyed it , driving around , beautiful scenery, and she stopped at a  gift shop and  a cookie store called the Cookie Cabin.
