Recently
I’m enjoying cooking sweets !
I’ve
never been into it before because personally I prefer to eat salty taste foods
to sweets.
Sweets are
good sometimes, maybe it’s good to eat once or twice a week, but not always.
But my
husband Ray eats Muffins every morning for breakfast.
He even puts creamy raw honey and whipped
cream on top of it, which makes it even more sweet.
And looks
like he is in a heaven.
He can eat
sweets any time as a meal or snack.
My image of
Muffins is for afternoon tea time snack, and we were buying some muffins for
snack, but since about several months ago, Ray changed his breakfast menu from cereal
to muffins.
And we were
always buying many kinds of muffins such
as blueberry muffins, banana muffins, etc.. in a super market.
While I was
looking at the recipes of many kind muffins, I found it not so difficult to
make, like cheesecake.
And thought it’s more healthy to eat handmade muffins which are made of all organic ingredients
with less sugar.
I’ve heard
that white sugar can increase your age, so I’m using organic brown sugar since then.
So I decided to make homemade muffins !
Somehow I
noticed that Ray’s facial skin seems getting younger since he changed his
breakfast from cereal to muffins.
Maybe it’s the blueberries ? or raw honey ?
Not sure.
There are
many kinds of muffins I want to make but I chose Banana Muffins first.
Handmade
Banana Muffins
Ingredients

* Banana
- 2
·
* Lemon
Juice - 3 table spoons
·
* Butter - 100g
· * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar
– 100g
·
* Eggs
– 2
·
* Milk
– 100cc
·
* Flour
– 200g
·
* Baking
powder – 2 tea spoons
·
* Cinnamon
– 1 tea spoons
·
* Bowls
·
* 6
Muffins maker pan
·
* Shaker
How to make it ?
1. Melt the
butter by microwave.
2. Put melted
butter into a bowl and shake well.
3. Add
sugar into the bowl and mix them.
4. Beat eggs in a different bowl and add it to 3
and mix with them.
5. Add milk slowly into the bowl and mix with them.
6. Add flour
and baking powder into the bowl and mix with them.
7. Put
banana into a different bowl and break the banana using back side of the folk until
it get creamy and add lemon juice and mix with it.
8. Add 7
and cinnamon into 6.
9. Pour 8 into the Muffin maker.
* You can
put Muffin paper in the hole of the muffin maker , then pour all the mixed ingredients
into each of the holes in the muffin maker.
10. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
