Health tips from an extra-terrestrial named Bashar - from a planet called Essassani

Today,  I would like to write about health tips from an extra-terrestrial being named Bashar who is from the Essassani Planet.  
 
He is channeled by Darryl Anka.

Planet earth used to have beautiful clear air, but since a long time ago the air has been polluted everywhere.
  
and the cause of most illnesses comes from the poison in the environment we are in, with the polluted air.

Nowadays, it's hard to find places where there is beautiful clean air.

and in this unfavorable environment, he is suggesting how to live healthy.
 


Health tips


1.  Clear Oxygen 

According to Bashar,  the air after storms and typhoons have gone away, is the most clean ( purified ) and is good for our bodies.

However when there is an overdose of artificial oxygen by using tools such as oxygen tanks , this can cause a lack of water, and will weaken cells.  
So clean natural water needs to be used in a balanced amount.

Also, it is important to often take long deep breaths.
 


2.  Clear Water

Lack of water causes damage to cells and causes the body to not  work smoothly and as a result will get illness. 
The human body is made up of a large percentage of water , so water is always needed.

Water also has the power to remove poisons from the body , so it's always good to drink mineral water at least 1 litter a day.

Feeling thirsty is a sign of lack of water and it is a warning sign that your body is in danger,  so need to often drink  water before you get the feeling of being thirsty.



3. Activity / Exercise

It is important to do exercise to have good blood circulation and get rid of toxins which had been staying in your body.



4.  Detox

It is very important to excrete waste matter and accumulated toxins from your body.

Accumulated toxins can block  nutrition from the body , and as a result it may cause nutrition deficiency.

In order to have all the vitamins ingested in your body, it's needed to cleanse the intestines by getting rid of all the toxins. 



5. Meals ( Eating )

If possible, Good to eat raw foods which is the closest to natural.

Best to eat plenty of organic Vegetables and Fruits.

and good to eat small amount of foods , sorting to between 5 or 6 times a day.

When you eat meat,   if you show gratitude to the meat before eating it, it will raise the vibrational frequency.

Hemp seeds is actually of a very high frequency level , especially organic hemp seeds.

It's always good to have foods which have a high frequency level ( light energy )

   

6.  Avoid stress

It's good to avoid or to get rid of stress to protect your health.

There are two types of stress, physical stress, and mental stress.

It may not be easy to avoid  stress  in this social environment on the planet earth .
However, by focusing on the things which make you feel excited, it's possible to have an environment in which you can feel comfortable.

Following your excitement is also good for anti-aging. 


According to Bashar,

Drink clear natural water,  breathe clear air, eat organic foods,

By following all these steps, you will be healthy,  and 99.99999999%  of all illness will be recovered.



7. Sleep

Having enough good sleep is very important  for your spirit as well as your body to be recharged.

While sleeping, your spirit gets the freedom to fly around the spiritual world.

In this planet earth, there are so many negativity and ego, and if one does not sleep and therefore if the spirit can not go to the spiritual world much to recharge, one loses power and energy .  

Your spirit needs to be recharged and bring back the energy and power from the spiritual world , so that your body can stay healthy.

  

8.  Have a No eating day

It is good to have a day that you do not eat, only drinking water or fresh juice once every 10 days.

So that your internal organs can get a rest.  and also it can help to clean your intestines.   



9.  Meditation

Good to have 15 minutes meditation once a day.
Your brain wave changes when you just close your eyes for a while.

While closing your eyes, you can imagine about what you love, what you want to have, what you want to be, or just hold still with no thought, and focusing on the 5 senses.

Placing a natural crystal on your head or placing it near you while meditating can help to expand your energy.

BASHAR Explains the importance of C# | See Sharp | The Resonant Tone of Earth. Bashar, explains that the tonal vibration of the Earth is C#, just slightly above C#.

By allowing yourself to resonate within a "bubble" of sound/music/vibration of C#, it will help you to resonate harmoniously with the Earth and therefore will help focus with Clarity , to amplify and  help life to unfold more smoothly.

This way , in your life activities you will begin to "see sharp".



11.  Have strong belief

All the illness can be recovered depending on your belief.
It is very important to have 100% belief that you can recover  and be healthy. 

However,  for congenital disorders , it's not necessary to try to recover from it, because before birth, one chose to have that life with that condition.


 
12. Go to power spots

Bashar recommends to go to power spots to get good vibrational energy there and to raise your frequency level.

Hawaii (USA) , New Zealand, Sedona (AZ, USA ) , Mt, Fuji ( Japan ), Mount Shasta (CA, USA) , 

But, oceans or mountains or forests,  any places which make you feel great can be your power spot.

Even just looking at the image photo of a power spot, you can get high frequency level energy from it.


 
13.  No junk food

If one has been eating junk foods such as Mc Donalds since your childhood, it may cause Gene disruption.  
So avoid to eat junk foods.



14. Listen to music

Music is one of the most powerful tools to raise your frequency level .

Classical music or whatever music which makes you feel happy is good to listen.  
Especially music with 432HZ, 444HZ turning.



15.  Highest frequency time

2AM to 3AM is the highest frequency time, so if you happen to wake up during this time, it's a sign that you are receiving the high frequency energy.  
So good to have meditation if it happens.

As far as months go, March is the highest frequency month.
and during  this  time, it's more easy to get a  new idea ,  and it's an auspicious sign, so good to note it and use it.


 
16. Purify your space

 Best ways to purify your space are 

* Clean the space.

* Burn white sage and wave the smoke into all corners, across doorways and into shadow spaces.

* Play your favorite music which makes you feel good. ( positive music )

* Clap your hands until the sound becomes beautiful.

If you can meditate in the space and can feel comfortable,  it's a good place for you.  if not, that space is not match with you.

From Japanese Movie " Ame no Amsterdam (Rain in Amsterdam)" I've been into the late 1960s to 1970s generation since several years ago. Besides extra virgin olive oil, I’ve been doing a mixture of another great natural formula since two weeks ago. Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time.   It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand.  It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it. Warabi mochi is a food which is normally made of Kinako ( soybean flour) & sugar & warabi powder and it's one of my favorite foods. However it's high calorie foods so if I eat a lot, it's easy to gain weight.   Because Warabi mochi flour is Starch and has sugar in it and is high calorie.  So I was not eating it. and then recently I found the recipe of diet Warabi Mochi which is made of Psyllium
