Psychology and personalities have been one of my favorite interests since when I was an elementary school girl.
I don't know why, but maybe since I noticed that people are different, I was curious to know about each person's personality and psychology.
Each person has main personalities based on astrology, oracles , numerology, which are based on one's birth date and the time.
But I found it's not all, because the environment where people grew up, and how they grew up, influences one's personality the most.
There are also some common in people's personalities based on the culture, countries and the location where they grew up, nationalities and their experience.
and when we look at the history of countries, especially after world war 2 which caused many countries huge problems and craziness, full of negativity.
The people who experienced that situation learned how to survive in life, influenced their view of life, what they value, started teaching and they push their kids to know the rightness of their views.
However, when we have love in every conversation whenever we communicate with others, things usually go well and in harmony.
When we have struggle communicating with others, main cause are often coming from one's inferiority complex or guilty feeling.
Inferiority Complex
I saw some newsletters I was subscribing from people who I'm interested in , which usually talked about more self-help or motivational information, but this time he talked about a person who was arrested because he was threatening someone who is successful in their life.
One of the stories is
A popular cartoon writer in Japan had been threatened by someone whenever he planned to hold an event which is related to the cartoon.
The criminal was sending threatening letters with white powder to many places which are related to the cartoon writer and his work such as his University which he graduated, publishing companies , the event halls etc.
He was not directly sending his threat to the cartoon writer.
and recently the criminal was arrested finally.
According to the news from the court report, in the court, the criminal said,
" My life is terrible and a mess and already finished , it's impossible to fix it and return to have new life . "
" That cartoon writer has everything he wanted, but I could not get."
Cause of this problem happened from his strong jealously to the popular cartoon writer.
The criminal felt his life is completely failed, opposite from the cartoon writer's life, and started thinking like that in order to cover his failure of his life, he thought he needed to destroy the life who was successful.
As a result, the cartoon writer's reputation increased and became even more popular, while the criminal destroyed his own life by himself.
"You get what you gave" is so true.
I feel if he didn't compare his life with others, and focus his own life to have fun and happiness, it could avoid to have the life like that.
The idea of comparing yourself with others seems to be from creating a feeling of inferiority complex by oneself.
and I realized that source of all the people who have these mental issues are from their inferiority complex.
According to the information I've read about psychology, when one has high inferiority complex for himself/herself , then when someone hits their complex directly or indirectly, they try to cover and hide their own inferiority complex by exhibiting the following behaviors and emotions below,
* Lying
* Jealousy
* Boasting
* Looking down people
* Need for attention and approval
* Aggressive
* Competitive
* Self-pity
* Blaming and complaining
* Critical
* Bully
* Arrogant
* Trying to show they are better than others
* False laughter
* Fault finding
I suppose almost all the people in the world have or have had an inferiority complex feeling at some point in life.
Cause
When we are comparing ourselves with others, and think about who is better, or who has something we want and we don't have, who are treated better than ourselves, it's easy to feel the part we have inferiority complex.
Solution
* Not to have competitive mind.
* Increase self-esteem.
* Have confidence.
* Love yourself.
and actions to take to remove the feeling of inferiority complex are below,
Reaction 1.
* Take effort to get better than now.
* Find other hobbies or career which is good for oneself.
* Change the feeling of inferiority.
Reaction 2.
* Accept to have inferiority complex without judging it to be good or bad.
* Give up having inferiority complex by having excuses and making a rational reason. Change one's thinking.
* Attend therapy, get help from professionals .
* Make an ideal oneself in her/his own imaginary world to satisfy feelings.
( this one can be used in good way or bad way )
Reaction 3.
* Look down and say something nasty to people ( or about people ) who one feels are actually superior than themselves, in order to cheer oneself up.
* Suppress the feeling and try not to care about it.
* Reject to face one's inferiority complex and escape from it by doing the actions below,
1. Violence to others
2. Depending on alcohol
3. Depending on drugs
Reaction 1 and Reaction 2 are positive reactions to solve the problem.
Problem is when people take the actions of Reaction 3.
Too much having a feeling of inferiority complex can also get mentally damaged , and it can make crime or suicide when it gets worse.
