Feeling Goal
Whatever goal we set up in our life, our final goal is always to get happy feeling through the goal.
It means becoming someone who we want to be.
Another interesting point about this, is that getting what we want may not be the real purpose of it, but in fact the real purpose is to get the wonderful feeling through it.
Feeling of satisfaction.
What we really want at the end is always the emotion of happiness.
For example,
You want to be an Olympics champion to get happy, exciting, proud feeling.
You want to own luxury car to get happy, rich feeling.
You want to get financial freedom to get happy, secure feeling.
You want to get married with someone you love to get loving and loved, happy feeling.
You want to get career success to get powerful, proud, happy feeling.
and more and more.
We can list any kind of goals forever.
and the final goal is always to get happy feeling.
If we all felt that by reaching our goal, that we would not get the wonderful, happy feeling through our goal, I doubt that we would want to choose that goal.
Instead, we would choose a goal which we feel would definitely give us a wonderful happy feeling.
So the final goal for what kind of emotions we want to have are

Which feeling is your final goal ?
One of my feeling goals are always
excitement - joyful - secure - peaceful - love
and love to keep having the feeling.
While I was thinking about the feeling of joy and happiness, I imagined the scene of fandom of the Beatles in 1960s , a video I saw of when the Beatles first came to the USA for concert.
Almost all the fans went crazy, they cried, were shaking, hard to breathe, some fans fainted and had to be carried away by ambulance.
Because they were having extreme joy and excitement, they looked like they were feeling their happiness from deep within, from the bottom of their heart.
Their emotion looked super strong happiness, like another level of happiness, I suppose that's one of the feelings of ecstasy, many people want to get.
In one of the success stories of law of attraction ( real review ),
A person who had been having financial issues decided to try the law of attraction to get out of his situation, after learning the method of it.
Every night before going to sleep, he made a clear visual picture in which he has just now won the biggest lottery about $25,000,000.
He imagined and felt the strong emotion which are excitement, crying for joy, screaming , shaking.
10 days later, he really won the lottery, with slightly higher amount than he was imagining every night.
I've read that kind of story from review forums several times.
The more your emotion is strong with clear picture, the faster it attracts to you good or bad.
Everything happening " Now " moment and the reality only exist in the now.
Future and past are illusions.
So if you live in the moment by being someone or something you want to experience, with strong emotion, it will appear in your outer world soon.
Envy
People get the feeling of envy when someone is having something one wants but one doesn't have.
Many people always focus the things what others have or did, and comparing themselves and their situation to others.
"The Grass always looks Greener on the other side "
When someone has something you want but you don't have, many people feel the other person's situation looks better than theirs.
and you can also know what you really want, whenever you get the feeling of jealousy or envy.
Whether one admits it or not, if one gets the feeling of jealousy, that is the thing one wants.
Best ways to avoid to have the feeling of Jealousy
1. Stop comparing yourself and others.
and not to judge others like, who is above or below you, or who is better or worse than you.
Ranking people is the cause of having the feeling of jealousy.
Bashar said that

Humans can not see things or people without judging.
That's causing to have negative feeling. "
I'm still in learning process same as bulk of people in this world.
2. Another great way to avoid to have the feeling of Jealousy is remembering that we are all one.
It means when someone is having what you want, it means you are the one who is also having it, because we are all one.
Be happy when seeing the person's happy face and emotion, and don't think that you are separate from that person.
and in that moment, if you imagine you are the one who is having and feel it , what would it feel like to be experiencing that, it will not only make you feel good, but what you see and feel in your imagination will attract it to your outer world, if you constantly feel it every day.
Focusing on the feeling you want to get , more than things or people or any material things, is the fastest way to get what you want and to make you happy.
3. Make a habit to write 20 to 30 things about anything which compliments yourself, things you love about yourself daily and keep continue doing it.
Even small thing is fine and the point is not judging as good or bad based on someone else's opinion, but unconditionally just compliment yourself.
But better not to tell anyone what you are doing to avoid to get negativity from others.
It's a secret.
Research shows this is so strong and powerful and life changing habit, and helps many people to get away from low esteem, depression.
It changes to a successful happy life.
They don't get the feeling of envy or jealousy anymore because they are already satisfied with their situation.
4. Living in the present moment.
Make a habit of "Now" as much as you can.
If you are truly living in the present moment, you don't get the feeling of worry or any negative feeling.
Because the feeling of "worry", " fear " are always coming from your thinking about future or past.
By living in the present moment, we can focus what to do, see, hear right now, have less unnecessary thought.
If you don't get the unnecessary
thought every moment, you don't get the feeling of jealousy.
