My husband bought a new pair of sunglasses recently
and was looking for the place to get the prescription for them.
We found these sunglasses at a Lenscraft store, while we were waiting for them to fix my broken glasses a few months ago.
My husband was not interested in purchasing sunglasses at that time but I was interested to look around at many glasses there and happened to find one of Ray-ban's brand sunglasses and asked him to try them on.
and I thought he looks great in them , they are kind of like John Lennon style sunglasses and they look luxury and very cool.
It's Rayban's Black RB4246 Clubround,
and he also really liked them after seeing himself in the mirror with them.
So we purchased them recently in a different glasses store.
We asked Lenscraft about the price of the prescription lens for those sunglasses.
He has the information for his prescription so he only needed to get the prescription lens with vision insurance.
There are many options for the lens , for colors and lens types etc...
He chose ,
Single Vision Poly-carbonate ,
No mirror lenses, just green/black color lenses.
and they said it's going to be about $199 with insurance.
We didn't purchase there and wanted to look around many other stores to find better deal.
We went to Costco vision center but they did not accept Rayban's sunglasses to get the prescription lens .
and other glasses stores are all same prices or even higher.
We were searching several glasses stores online as well.
and I happened to find a glasses store which offers prescription lens with 5 stars review in yelp.
I was curious because so many positive reviews.

It is located in Colorado (USA) and I found out they accept to make the prescription lens if we send the glasses/sunglasses to them.
The price is very reasonable and compared to other glasses stores this place has much lower prices.
Also they are offering 15% discount for first time customers so it was even cheaper!
After my husband placed an order by filling out all his vision information in the form online, they sent us the order confirmation email .
and we packed his sunglasses and his vision information and the order confirmation ( after printed it out ) and sent it to the company ReplaceALens.
and about 6 days later they sent us the notification email which says they had received his sunglasses.
and they let us know they had begun processing his lenses. The average processing time is 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt.
They said they will send another email when the order is complete.
and one week later, they already made it and we received the tracking number of the shipment.
and a few days later, he received his stunning sunglasses with prescription lenses in them !

I really like the lenses which have Black mirror coating . ( The picture can not show the color clearly, but it's beautiful black mirror coating. )
These look expensive and high quality with very reasonable price.
The customer service is great as well, soon they responded to our question.
It took about 18 days to receive our order since we placed the order.
We are very impressed with this company's service, quality of the lenses, and low price.
We surely will order from them again when we purchase new sunglasses.
