News about Covid-19 is everywhere in the world right now.
I feel something really weird things have been happening since this January.
Like watching a Science fiction film such as twilight zone.
Besides the information from the main media , I've seen some info from people who have psychic ability.
The info I've seen is from people who are able to contact to aliens from different planets.
According to them, the media hype about the coronavirus are fake, and the numbers of the people who died from this virus are almost the same as people who died from the flu virus.
So why suddenly this time, this virus is made into like a big problem, warning people to stay at home, stop all the events and ,many stores, stop traveling to other contries, wear maskes, work at home.
Actually no one around me seems to be catching the corona and I only know some famous people caught it and that info came from TV.
In Japan, one of the most famous Japanese comedians died by coronavirus but even his family members could not see him until the end.
so no one could see how his condition was except the doctors and the hospital workers.
How can we know if it's really coronavirus or flu or some other illness ?
Numbers can be controlled by someone easily and most people believe the numbers.
Especially for medical related topics, it influences large numbers of people.
Because for those who are not familiar with medical care including me, numbers are the only basis for judgement.
and we depend on the information which were judged by the medical specialists workers.
Many people don't doubt about the numbers given to them by the media of the number of patients of corona virus because we were brainwashed to trust since we were little kids at schools.
But I think it's good to compare these numbers to those of other similar illnesses.
Coronavirus and the normal flu are a similar virus , like cousins, and the numbers of patients and people who died are similar as well, according to the information from 2017 medical records of flu death.
So why suddenly for this corona virus, they have made it into a huge problem all over the world ?
Personally, I'm not sure what to believe , because no one can surely know the truth, but the important thing is to keep our body healthy and our vibrational frequency high and not be influenced by negative heavy energy.
In order to keep our body healthy and not be caught by coronavirus or any kind of virus easily , we should work to improve our immune system .

I feel like it was already in the USA since we saw some people were saying and experiencing the same thing as us.

4.7.8. is one of the breathing methods which is breathing in through the nose for 4 seconds, holding the breath for a count of 7 seconds, and exhaling through the mouth for 8 seconds.
By doing it in the comfortable place where you can feel relax, your heart-rate will be stable and whole your body and mind will be relaxed.
and it will increase your immunity.
Also by counting your breaths, your conscious is naturally focus to your breaths, and it makes to calm your unbalanced thoughts , and make your brain relax.
Especially this method is good for people who are easy to get panic attack, easy to get nervous and anxious, and suffering from insomnia.
How to do it ?
Before starting the breathing pattern, adopt a comfortable sitting position and place the tip of the tongue on the tissue right behind the top front teeth.
To use the 4-7-8 technique, focus on the following breathing pattern:
1. Empty the lungs of air.
2. Breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds.
3. Hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds.
4. Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound, for 8 seconds.
5. Repeat the cycle up to 4 times.
