COVID-19 - Improve your immune system !




News about Covid-19 is everywhere in the world right now. 

I feel something really weird things have been happening  since this January.


Like watching a Science fiction film such as twilight zone.


Besides the information from the main media , I've seen some info from people who have psychic ability. 


The info I've seen is from people who are able to contact to aliens from different planets.  

According to them, the media hype about the coronavirus are fake, and the numbers of the people who died from this virus are almost the same as people who died from the flu virus.


So why suddenly this time, this virus is made into  like a big problem, warning people to stay at home,  stop all the events and ,many stores, stop traveling to other contries, wear maskes, work at home.


Actually no one around me seems to be catching the corona and I only know some famous people caught it and that info came from TV.


In Japan, one of the most famous Japanese comedians died by coronavirus but even his family members could not see him until the end.  


so no one could see how  his condition was except the doctors and the hospital workers.

How can we know if it's really coronavirus  or flu or some other illness ?


Numbers can be controlled by someone easily and most people believe the numbers.


Especially for medical related topics, it influences large numbers of people. 


Because for those who are not familiar with medical care including me,   numbers are the only basis for judgement.  


and we depend on the information which were judged by the medical specialists  workers.


Many people don't doubt about the numbers given to them by the media of the number of patients of corona virus  because we were brainwashed to trust  since we were little kids at schools.


But I think it's good to compare these numbers to those of other similar illnesses.


Coronavirus and the  normal flu are a similar virus , like cousins, and the numbers of patients and people who died are similar as well, according to the information from 2017 medical records of flu death.


So why suddenly for this corona virus, they have made  it into a huge problem all over the world ?


Personally, I'm not sure what to believe , because no one can surely know   the truth,  but the important thing is to  keep   our body healthy  and our vibrational frequency high and not be influenced by negative heavy energy.


In order to keep our body healthy and not be caught by coronavirus or any kind of virus easily , we should work to improve our immune system .



and today I would like to write about " Best ways to improve our immune system ". 



Ways to improve our immune system

Last December, my husband and I both caught a really bad flu and this worked so fast. 


It's very powerful.  ( It's very strong, so before taking the capsule above, it's good to eat something first, otherwise you may get stomachaches. )

Previously, whenever we caught a cold or flu, we usually drank a mixure of  grated ginger and raw honey, lemon juice and warm water,  and also ate green onion & Daikon ( Japanese raddish ) soup because these foods always worked well.


However for this season's flu , it did not work .


Actually the symptoms of it were similar to coronavirus.


The symptoms we had were not the same as the flu in the past, instead, this time we both got breathing problem and cough in the beginning. 

and then it went to fever and headaches and muscle pain and heavy fatigue.

It was really weird symptoms, but we thought this must be that this season's flu virus is like that.


Strange thing is there were also other people around here saying the same things , it happened around December and January,  before there was any news about coronavirus coming from China.


So this also makes me wonder  if the coronavirus really came from only China ???  


I feel like it was already in the USA since we saw some people were saying and experiencing the  same thing as us.





*  Improve gut health condition


There are many good bacteria (  Probiotic ) and bad bacteria ( poisonous bacteria) and opportunistic bacteria in the intestines.


and immunity increases when there are many good bacteria ( Probiotic ).


When we are eating too much fat foods, having alot of stress,  not having  enough sleep, having gut problem from chill and cold,  bad bacteria ( poisonous bacteria ) increase and as a result the immunity is goes down.


To increase the number of beneficial bacteria ( Proviotic ) , take dietary fiber often.  


For example soluble fiber such as seaweed, Konnyaku ( Japanese food ), mallow, okra, these foods increase good bacteria ( Probiotic ) and promote regular bowel movements , and improve immunity.


Also Bifidobacterium which is involved in the Yorgurt has power to strengthen the immune system in the cell membrane. 


and butyric acid which is made by Bifidobacterium in the bowel can control colon cancer.




*  Keep your body warm


When our body get cold, it's easy to get some kind of uncomfortable health issue such as stiff-shoulders & neck,  lower backaches, diarrhea,
constipation,headaches, menoxenia, anemia, etc.. 

Cold body disturbs autonomic nerves and it decreases immunity.


Winter season  but also in the summer time , it's easy to get cold from air conditioner inside of houses or buildings, so always have cardigans or long sleeve clothes which can warm your body. 





*  Relieve stress 

 
When we have stress, it loses our balance of  Sympathetic nerve and Parasympathetic nerve, and the sympathetic nerve becomes dominant , and as a result our immunity decreases.

Most of the illness comes from stress. 


Because when we are getting stress , our minds and emotion are not balancing. 


Best ways is  look for something which make you smile and happy.


For example, watch comedy films, funny stories,  videos of cute animals or favorite people, chatting with someone who makes you happy, eating your favorite foods and drinks.


When you are not in a good mood, and do not feel to look for positive things,  try to lift up the both side of edge of lips, and also downward slanting the eyes so that  you can make smiling face whether you feel happy or not. 


By practicing to make this smiling face all the time, your mood also changes to mood up.  and when your feeling is up, your immune system increases.




*  4.7.8  breathing


4.7.8. is one of the breathing methods which is breathing in through the nose for 4 seconds, holding the breath for a count of 7 seconds, and exhaling through the mouth for 8 seconds.


By doing it in the comfortable place where you can feel relax, your heart-rate will be stable and whole your body and mind will be relaxed.
and it will increase your immunity.


Also by counting your breaths, your conscious is naturally focus to your breaths, and it makes to calm your unbalanced thoughts , and make your brain relax.


Especially this method is good for people who are easy to get panic attack, easy to get nervous and anxious, and suffering from insomnia.




 How to do it ? 

 
Before starting the breathing pattern, adopt a comfortable sitting position and place the tip of the tongue on the tissue right behind the top front teeth.


To use the 4-7-8 technique, focus on the following breathing pattern:


1.   Empty the lungs of air.


2.   Breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds.


3.   Hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds.


4.   Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound, for 8 seconds.


5.   Repeat the cycle up to 4 times.

In order to boost immune system, it's good to eat many antioxidant foods.  


Many fruits and vegetables contain antioxidant foods which are vitamin c, vitamin E, vitamin B, B-Caroten, Poly phenol.

Cold food lowers body temperature and causes blood vessels to contract and this makes our blood circulation not running well.


It's not healthy to drink cold drink because it keeps cold temperature while going through stomaches and making our intestine cold.

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time.   It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand.  It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it. Warabi mochi is a food which is normally made of Kinako ( soybean flour) & sugar & warabi powder and it's one of my favorite foods. However it's high calorie foods so if I eat a lot, it's easy to gain weight.   Because Warabi mochi flour is Starch and has sugar in it and is high calorie.  So I was not eating it. and then recently I found the recipe of diet Warabi Mochi which is made of Psyllium
