Perhaps the most mysterious legend about Mozart is that of the " Masked Messenger ". This mysterious masked messenger is also known historically as the "Man in Gray" , "The Mysterious Messenger" , "The Gray Messenger". The story of the masked messenger was featured prominently in the movie “ Amadeus ".           Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart How much of this story is true ? When Mozart died in the early morning hours of December 5, 1791, he left his final masterpiece, the Requiem , unfinished. A few months later, a completed score of the Requiem was delivered to its anonymous commissioner. How was the Requiem completed and how would Mozart have completed it had he lived? These mysteries have tantalized musicians for over two centuries. Mozart received the commission to compose the Requiem from the “ Mysterious Messenger" in the summer of 1791.  The Messenger paid half the commission in advance,

After watching & reading about Frederick Chopin , Franz Liszt and also Peter Tchaikovsky ’s bio and life stories, we were also curious to know about Mozart ’s life.  So we watched the famous movie “ Amadeus “ which is about “ Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart “ one of the greatest classical composers. Also we will check about Johnahan Sebastian Bach ’s life story in the close future when we have time. I had seen the movie “ Amadeus “ sometime in the 1980's once. And Ray had as well. We remembered it’s a great movie, but we couldn’t remember the details much. Somehow, I felt it was shorter than I expected for this dvd film, and then found out that the director cut some parts of the film for the dvd .  We would love to watch original version with no cuts if possible. The movie was marvelous , and I agree this is one of the top best films. I really understand why this movie received many academy awards. The acting and the music in the movie were awesome ! Seems

I made a cheesecake today ! It was my first time to bake homemade cheesecake, so I was a little bit nervous to taste it and also to see Ray’s reaction after I made it. There are many kind of cheesecakes, and I was looking for a cheese cake which is moisture and soft inside but not like raw creamy cheesecake.   But I couldn’t find it here in the USA.  So I decided to make it by myself after found the recipe for it. This is not heavy, or too sweet.   New York cheesecake or many other bakery stores cheesecakes are too sweet to me.  So glad, the taste came out successful. Ray was like “ This is the best cheesecake ever, that I’ve ever eaten ,  sooooooo good !!! “ It’s really yummy, and well balanced taste. My favorite moments The Olympic games are over and we really enjoyed it everyday ! Here are my favorite moments in these Olympic games. Swimming * All the Phelps vs. Lotche’s races and also races in which these two participated. It was soooo thrilling to watch them compete. * Men’s 100m freestyle , This race was incredible , the fastest swimmers ( freestyle ) competition ?  Nathian Adrian was amazing and he won this aggressive race ! * The scene showing Phelps and Lotche celebrating Adrian’s win at 100m freestyle. * Men’s 200m freestyle -  Yannick Agnel of France had an inspiring race. * All the Men’s 4 X relay-  100m freestyle -  it was unbelievable Team France   Amaury Leveaux / Fabien Gilot / Clement Lefert / Yannick Agnel  beat this strong Team USA Nathan Adrian / Michael Phelps / Cullen Jones / Ryan Lochte . In day 5 of London Olympics swimming, there was the 100m free style final race.  And Nathan Adrian from USA won it !!!  Highlights: Nathan Adrian Wins Gold In 100m Free  http://www.nbcolympics.com/video/swimming/highlights-nathan-adrian-wins-gold-in-100m-free.html   “ U.S. swimmer Nathan Adrian wins the men's 100m freestyle in dramatic fashion, out-touching James Magnusant by one one-hundredth of a second to earn gold. “  And Yannick Agnel was also in the race.  After seeing the race, I thought 1 to 6 can probably beat each other at any given time, because they all are almost like tie breaker in the end.  As we can see from the result below, swimmers 1 through 6 all came in at the exact same second !!!  The difference in times were by fractions of a second.  Seems that whoever has the best touch to the wall, wins !!!  Here is the result of the race 100m Freestyle , 1.
