These chocolate muffins taste like milk chocolate, and not bitter cocoa taste, so my husband loves it. This is one of my favorite muffins I’ve ever made so far.  It’s my original recipe because I couldn’t find a recipe for chocolate muffins I love. Children or whoever love milk chocolate will love this muffin. Chocolate Muffins ( 6 jumbo muffins ) Ingredients  * Butter – 60g * Pure Cane Golden Brown Sugar – 50g * Raw Honey – 30g ( two table spoons ) * Egg – 1 * Pancake mix – 200g * Cocoa powder – 2 table spoons * Milk – 100cc * Hershey chocolate nugget – 1  ( about 10g) * Vanilla essence – 3 drops How to make it ? 1. Melt the butter using microwave. ( about 30 seconds ) 2. Put the melted butter into a bowl and mix with sugar . 3. Beat an egg and add it in the mixture of melted butter and sugar in a bowl. 4. Today, I would like to talk about the importance of the right hemisphere of the brain and subconscious mind . Wow , wow, wow, Look at that ! It’s unbelievable , when I woke up this morning, it’s snowing !!! And now it’s still continuing getting more and more.     It’s Tucson, Arizona, here.  It’s not New York or Michigan or Wisconsin,   or Missouri . It’s Arizona !! I’m not sure it’s ever happened in the past. I’ve read about that since 2013 , something has changed. It’s anybody’s guess what’s gonna happen from now on. A couple days, Tucson ‘s temperature was lower than New York City this winter,   which I’ve never heard of .    I’m just really exciting seeing the snow view.    Suddenly I’m feeling missing skiing. It’s beautiful !!
