  I have a habit to write a gratitude journal before going to sleep every night. It's fun ! I like to do it because it always makes me feel great before I fell a sleep. I sometimes stayed up too late and when I started writing the gratitude journal, sometimes I was half asleep and half awake because I felt so sleepy, but wanted to write my feeling, so I wrote. and in the next day, when I re-read the gratitude journal I wrote the night before, I noticed there were parts I don't remember, which I never imagined when I was in a conscious situation. and last night , it happened again ! I was like who wrote this ??? It's not me !!   I felt it's probably my subconscious mind wrote it. Seems like before falling sleep, our subconscious mind is opening the door.  I was writing something like "Cinnamon's scent is great ! " and also " I'm so happy and grateful to receive an invitation from ( a famous person ) .&q

We happened to see double rainbows recently ! It was my first time to see a double rainbow so I was very excited to see it.   It was very beautiful ! We were in a car, driving to a grocery store, Trader Joe. It was clear and beautiful sunny day, and was wondering rainbow usually appears after stopped rain, so why it happened ? Then while we kept driving, suddenly rain was coming in that area, and soon it's gone after we got past that area. I love the smell of the air after the rain, it always makes me feel great. Somehow, I remembered that if you see a rainbow, it's good to make a wish. So I quickly made my wish. and took a photos of it. After we go back home, I searched the meaning of double rainbows. "  I didn't understand the meaning of " knowing who am I " the first time I read a spiritual book which talked about it, about 20 years ago.  I had never even thought about it until I had an opportunity to read a new age book.  My first new age book I read was "The Celestine Prophecy: An Adventure " by James Redfield .  I was around 32 years old at that time, working for a telephone company.  The book was strongly recommended by one of my co-workers.  I was not familiar with new age information at that time, so I didn't really understand the meaning
