When evening time comes, from around 4pm , I often get sleepy feeling and could not focus on what I was doing.
and as a result, I started taking a nap for about 2 hours.
I tried to take some kind of supplements for energy boost , but in the summer time like now, it didn't work for me.
and what I discovered to improve my concentration and energy boost is below,
Quickest way to get energy and improve concentration
* Do Meditation Jogging
This is just jogging in the same place about 3 to 5 minutes.
and if possible, slightly close your eyes while jogging.
But this is not required.
In the beginning, you may lose your balance, so it's better to limit yourself .
and while jogging, rhythmically move your arms from front to back.
Before starting , it's good to take a deep breath and steady your breathing until you feel calm, and have good posture.
For the speed, while you are not used to do it, better to jog slowly, about 140 to 180 steps a minute.
When you are getting used to , you can speed up and also increase the jogging time.
Jogging itself has power to send a lot of oxygen into our brains and increase our brain activities.
and besides that, the meditation jogging can give you relaxation and improve your concentration.
For this reason, within a very short time, we can refresh our feeling and bring back our concentration power.
This exercise is not only good for our brains, but great for our whole bodies.
Especially for people who are doing desk work a long time, or people who rarely do exercise, this is a great and easy way to refresh your bodies and feelings .
How to improve your creativity and get more ideas?
Most people who had ( have ) invented fabulous devices were ( are) making a time for just thinking for about at least one hour daily.
But not just thinking with no plan, but choosing a particular topic, and thinking about it.
By doing this, one can often get some ideas from inspiration.
First, we can find many themes through our daily living, or work, or study, or hobby etc..
For example,
" How to speed up my work "
" What can I do to decrease our expenses ?"
Anything you are wondering abut or interested in or want to solve an issue.
and then once you decided on a theme, focus only about that theme during the time.
Think and write down the ideas in a notebook or type it in your document file in the computer.
By doing this training every day, it strengthens our brain circuitry .
Also ideas are accumulated in your brain, so sometimes suddenly you may get a fabulous idea from it.
and also by continuing the brain training, it gets easier to get ideas.
