Today's brunch - Fruitarian
I had a Fruitarian brunch today.
One banana, half apple, some grapes and strawberries, two mandarin oranges,
and hot water.
I love to eat many fruits for breakfast or brunch.
I've read about a Japanese Fruitarian called Mizuki Nakano who has been eating 99.9% only Fruits since 2009.
According to him, he started doing it as an experiment because there is no scientific data of what will happen when we eat too many fruits even though it's often warned to avoid eating too many fruits because it may cause to get fat, may get diabetes, may make your body cold and get poor circulation.
So he has been researching what kind of change will appear when eating so many fruits through his body.
He also mentioned that it's his experiment so he does not suggest to do the same thing as him.
Here are some articles about him below,

I will not be a Fruitarian, but I found eating many fruits has good benefits for our body and skin.
So I started eating only fruits for my breakfast ( or brunch ).
So far, I've been having healthy life.
According to the research,
It's said Mandarin orange is good for osteoporosis and diabetes.
When we eat three or four mandarin oranges daily, it decreases chance to get diabetes 57%.
and also the research shows that 92% of people who are eating three or four mandarin oranges daily are not getting osteoporosis compared with people who dont eat it.
Mandarin orange contains β-cryptoxanthin and β-carotene and associations suggest that β-cryptoxanthin and β-carotene might provide benefits to bone health in post-menopausal women.
Besides Mandarin orange, cayenne pepper, pumpkin, carrot also contains β-cryptoxanthin and β-carotene .
When we get older, our bones are getting weak easily if we do not care for our health, so I started eating foods which are good for bones.

Best time to eat fruits
According to the information below,
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/life-style/health-fitness/diet/the-right-way-to-eat-fruits/articleshow/10915750.cms
" The best time to eat fruits is first thing in the morning after a glass of water. "
However, it's said that fruits are not good to eat after a meal because it may not be digested properly.
The nutrients may not be absorbed properly either.
You need to leave a gap of at least 30 minutes between a meal and a fruit snack.
Ideally, one should eat fruits an hour before the meal or two hours after, if they have diabetes or any other digestive problem like acidity.
This is because, sometimes, diabetes is accompanied with digestive problems. "
I was always eating fruits after a meal since my childhood so it surprises me.
Fortunately, I did not get any health problems though it.
