My review - London Olympics 2012 , Swimming

I wasn’t watching swimming until last Olympics, maybe only one Olympics when I was a little girl, the times when Mark Spitz was winning everything, because my dad was watching it.  But in this London Olympics, we both are very into it because curious to see Phelps VS Lochte .  I didn’t know about Ryan Lochte until this Olympics, but when I checked his career he was always behind Michael Phelps every Olympics although he was on the podiums with Phelps.  People were speculating about Michael Phelps , some say he didn’t want to compete in Olympics anymore and had another new plan for his life but his mother wanted him to compete so he went to London.  In the last Olympics in Beijing he won 8 gold medals.  In London, he was out of the medals in the first day of competition and Lochte won. However, after that, Phelps seems like he brought back his focus, and he has been winning Silver or Gold since then.  Yesterday, it was shame because Phelps could have ea

Summer Olympics London will be coming up soon !

London Olympics game is just around the corner !  Watching Olympics game is one of our favorite things every 4 years, both Summer and Winter. It’s so exciting !  Because I think it’s a great motivation for our life to be inspired by world top athletes who have been working hard to do what they love and dream and challenge to be the world number one athletes. I love living with passion to get to our goals, no matter the result.  Another reason is we both love to see personalities through their performances.  Every Olympics, we can find a few inspiring athletes who have their original style, have strong charisma.  We are more interested to see their personality than who will win.  For summer Olympics, both of our favorite Olympics sports are gymnastics , and track & field.   Until 2004 Olympics, I didn’t realized that we can find someone who has interesting personality and originality in track & field, because unlike gymnastics and figure skating, track &

~ New Hair do ~ in my birthday

My birthday was coming again. But I already received my birthday gifts a few days ago. We are always like that for our birthdays, and also in Christmas days and Valentines days. We felt like it’s better to request gifts of what we really want . So, because of that, no surprise gifts since a long time ago. Every year, when Ray asks me what do you want for your birthday ? Always what comes my mind first is  “ books “ . This year also, I’m so happy to receive books which are very valuable to me and which I feel like priceless and want to read them forever.  Every trip  I will also always bring them with me  or one of them.    I’m a super book lover, and always dream to have a library room in our dream home. I don’t know why, but surrounded by many books always makes me feel happy.      And I got a haircut,  .. about 7 inches off. I had really long hair, I felt my hair is growing fast so this time I wanted  them to cut my hair more.  But I don’t have very s

~ Feeling Nostalgic ~ - Showa Era in Japan

If someone asked me when is my best time in my life ,  I would answer  “ Now “ or “ times since I started living with my husband Ray “. And I look forward to our future life as well. pictureTYO via photo pin cc                       ( Japanese money when I was a child to teens in Showa period ) On the other hand, I love to see historical scenery, buildings, old towns , and when it comes to Showa Era in Japan , whenever I see photos or information about Showa Era, it makes me feel nostalgic.    The Showa period started from 1926 ( Dec 25 ) and ended in 1989 ( January 7 ).  I remember that when the Showa Emperor passed away, the new time period called Heisei period started, I was talking with my friends and co-workers, that someday or soon, Heisei kids will grow and we will be called as “ Showa Era people , “ with laugh and excitement .  And now, its already 2012, time flew 24 years since then.  I still can’t believe its past such a long time since
