2014 Grand Prix series figure skating competitions have started since October 23 , and we have watched Skate America and Skate Canada and Cup of China on NBC channel. It was so nice to see Johnny & Tara & Terry as the commentators in Skate America and Skate Canada. We really enjoyed and were laughing a lot in some of their comments. Johnny has already impact, even just sitting there, and also is entertaining and knowledgeable, and Tara is catching the rhythm of Johnny's talking well. I think they are really match together with commentating and also Terry is a wonderful veteran commentator. I really love seeing this commentator combination. That's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to seeing ISU competition on NBC. I was a little disappointed they didn't show them at the end at Skate Canada , and they were not commentating for Cup of China's event on November 9. My husband Ray's birthday will be coming very soon ! So I made a cake today. and we purchased an electric guitar which he had been wanting for his birthday present this year. Because it was limited quantities and we were afraid it may all sold out before his birthday, so we bought it last week. He has been working hard, so he deserved to get it. It's gorgeous !    I love the color.  It looks like a shining beautiful gemstone ! I knew nothing about guitar but I've never seen such a beautiful electric guitar except for The Alfee's Toshihiko Takamizawa's special custom order guitar. If it's beautiful, anything is great to me. We have a keyboard which Ray purchased a long time ago, but we haven't used it for a long time.  Since he started practicing to play guitar and making music, I also started practicing the piano / keyboard for about one hour a day in my free time. Ray (my husband ) purchased a new pair of shoes last weekend.  I really love these antique look leather shoes. They are amazingly light but using good quality leather. Ray said these shoes feel like he is walking in the air, and his feet are like bouncing every step, very comfortable. This is the second time to purchase this brand Sketcher. 'Jolene' 1976 by Olivia Newton John  This is another memorable music/song which I really loved.  However I didn't know who was the singer or what title of music until 2 days ago.   When I first listened to this song " Jolene " , I was 13 years old, in the first grade of middle school in 1976.    In the middle school, I was belonging with an Acting club for 3 years in the school 's club activity which all the students needed to join and which was in Friday afternoon, also after class.   It had many kinds of categories, which are indoor and outdoor.  I chose acting club, because I was interested in that but I also admired to belong with tennis club and Kendo club.  However when I joined the trial for all of them, tennis club and Kendo club and also all the other outdoor activities, they required to run marathon for training.  Marathon was one of my most disliked things , so I canceled to join these outdoor sports

2014 - 2015 Figure skating season is already coming up ! Since this year's Sochi Olympics , several top skaters are not competing this season for a variety of reasons. We both miss Daisuke Takahashi 's skating in competitions. also it's something strange feeling Mao Asada is not in the competition this season, who had been always competing in seniors almost for 10 years. Also Brian Joubert .  He had been continuing to compete for a long time. I always love to watch veterans skating.  My favorite times are still from 2006 ( it's the year I started watching men's skating )  to 2008.  but I enjoyed to watch 2004 to 2005 seasons as well.  In any case, there is a fresh feeling  in the air this season's skating competition world. This season, my husband and I are looking forward to seeing the programs and performances of Jason Brown, Alexander Johnson, Samantha Cesario,  Polina Edmonds, Eelena Radionova, Katelyn Osmond , Kanako Murakami, Haruka Imai,

Finally, these items arrived here ! Especially the DVD of the Robbin Williams movie " What dreams may come " ! We've been looking for the DVD of the movie since last month around August 11, after hearing the sad news about Robbin Williams. I remember that there was one DVD of " What dreams may come " was in the Barnes and Noble's book store here when we went there on August 4.  But I was looking for another movie at that time so I didn't get it then , but was planning to get it the following week. Then when we went to the bookstore on August 11, it was already sold out.  so we looked for it many other places, but it was all sold out, so we purchased it in amazon.com and waited for it coming here until this week . So I'm so glad to get it finally. It's so strange when we were not looking for it , we could easily find the item, but when we wanted it and looking for it, it was hard to get it.  Why ?    I've watched t
