We recently found a new cinnamon, and we found that it's so powerful.  It's called Cinnamon , ground,  by the company " Tampico Spice Company ".    It's less than $1 in a supermarket. Until we found it, I was always gathering stick cinnamon because it was stronger than other brands ground cinnamon. According to the information I've read about the " Tampico " company , it was founded by a Mexican immigrant Jesus Martinez as a spice company and they started selling many kinds of spices in Los Angeles USA, in the 1940's.  Their quote is " The freshest and finest quality since 1947. " This cinnamon is collected in Indonesia . My husband has been eating homemade muffins and putting some cinnamon and honey on top of it every morning for breakfast, and I noticed that since he started eating the " Tampico " cinnamon, his facial skin became even more clear and getting younger. Figure skating 2013 -2014 season has already come up since last month !  Nebelhorn Trophy 2013 was just about a week ago.  In that competition, I was interested in Jason Brown and Nobunari Oda for men, and Miki Ando for ladies events. I’m a little late , but I was surprised to see this news about Sasha Baron Cohen dropped out from playing Freddie Mercury in Mercury’s biopic movie. But after almost 3 years from when it was decided Sasha Baron Cohen will act the part of Freddie Mercury,  I wonder why they got disagreement suddenly ? How much did they talk about the screenplay of the movie and about how Sasha Baron Cohen will act as Mercury ? I thought the movie was almost done and ready to show the premier this year. The news said that what led to Sasha Baron Cohen ’s departure was  “ creative differences “ It said that he wanted an R rated film, but the surviving members of Queen wanted more of a PG film that would attract a wider audience, and a more reverential depiction of Mercury and the band, rather than the direction the movie was taking with Sasha Baron Cohen. It’s been ages since my last post   and already August has come !    During the time, for about 5 weeks, my husband’s work schedule had changed and we had to change our life cycle as well.    And it took about 1 month to get use to getting up real early in the morning and going to bed earlier as well. I realized that I’m really a night person, and I thought it will change when I get older from night person to morning person, but I’m still struggling getting up such an early in the morning. And I felt like time flies faster with this life cycle because soon it’s the time to go to bed. I usually get some idea for writing during the night time, so during the time I often changed my mind and my ideas were not stable to write. In July, it’s my birthday month and I finally became 50 last month! I still can’t believe that! I was born when my grandmother was 45 years old and my mother was 26.
