Recently, I’m addicted to drink cinnamon coffee twice or three times a day besides lemon & cayenne pepper water. Cinnamon is one of my favorite herbs, and have been loving to sprinkle it over Star bucks coffee whenever I drink it. And while I was researching one of my projects , I happened to find an interesting information about mixture of Honey & Cinnamon. According to the article, The mixture of honey & cinnamon cures most of the diseases and illness , such as cancer, a rthritis, bladder infections , eczema, heart disease , immune system , stomach upset, cold and cough, infertility , bad breath, influenza. And it also good for cholesterol, hair loss, weight loss, toothaches etc... I never knew those two combination can get even more power to kill all of those illness and stay young ! How to take them ? I was planning to go to an international supermarket this weekend since some of our Japanese foods such as Miso, Japanese rice, etc.. have run out. I can’t live without Japanese food. We usually go get them once every two months. There are some Asian supermarkets in Tucson, but we have been using the biggest one since we moved here. It takes about 20 minutes drive from our place. On the way to the supermarket, we go through downtown. Downtown here is very small compared with many other big cities. People here may be more walking around the street than St. Louis, but it’s still very quiet. The building of the international market looks like a factory. When we got there in the first time, we got lost and it was hard to find it because there was no big sign for it, and it’s in a quiet place, and also it didn’t look like a supermarket other than a weird warehouse or a factory. I’m already getting used to live in Arizona where it is very dry. When we moved here, I had a skin problem and got itchy skin from the dry weather. Maybe because the place I used live was Missouri , and it was more humid than Arizona. I really loved Missouri ’s weather and my skin condition at that time might be the best while living there. The worst place might be my hometown, Tokyo since I often got skin allergy in winter season every year and sometime had pimples on my face. I fixed this issue by taking some herbs in Arizona.  It was interesting because when we traveled to Italy, we both got skin itchy everywhere , and even we came back from Italy, we were still having the problem and solved it by herbs. Because Italy is much more humid than here. Maybe we are living in the most dry place in the USA. And I may get this problem anywhere where is more humid than our place whenever we go on a trip. I suppose that my skin has been already made up to live in very dry place. BTW,

Recently, I’m into Yogurt Mask for my skin care since figuring out about how yogurt can promote a smooth skin texture by gently peeling off the dead skin layer. I have very sensitive skin , and had so many bad experience with cosmetics which were not made by natural ingredient such as famous brand cosmetics , even cosmetics with all natural ingredient, some plants were not fit with my skin. It took a long time to find a good one which fit with my skin. And according to the article, yogurt is especially beneficial for sensitive skin , besides it can also lighten spots and even out a patchy skin tone. I was not going to watch this Exhibition since I knew Johnny is not going to perform. But since hearing that they may show Johnny’s award for readers choice during the event, I just wanted to watch that part and planning to watch it. However, it might be too late ? The Men’s competition was shown live in NBC broadcast on Sunday evening. ….. And it started from Johnny’s Free skate , and seeing his face right before he skated , I immediately felt , oh, no ! he is not on, no fire that was usually there before he skate in the past, and it’s not coming from only the nerve, but physically , something wrong with him. He looked so thin and not healthy. I often saw his tiger fire eyes in the past, and I was hoping he gets those eyes again. Looked like he was putting on fake tan to cover his face color, but even with it, it was clear to see he was not healthy enough. I also felt that when I saw the photo of his Short Program in his fan’s message board. But I tried to think he was just disappointed for his mistakes, and wanted to think he is okay. When the Free skate started, Ray immediately went to the kitchen from the TV after set up to record it, and I went away to my office, but we could hear what commentators were saying for his performance

Nationals men’s competition Short program will be coming tomorrow. It’s already tomorrow !!! Seems like the starting order might change, and Johnny will skate in last at third group. I found a very interesting info about our brains , and how it influences our taste and our view points when we see things. People’s taste and view points are usually different, so I’m not surprised that people see things totally different from me. Actually, it’s so unbelievable Ray and I have similar taste for so many things. Maybe that’s one of the reasons, it’s so comfortable to be with him. Recently, I happened to find a comment which bugged me a little because it was about Johnny’s “ The Swan “ program in Nationals 2006, and comparing with Patrick Chan’s SP for this season in Canadian Nationals. The comment was this “ I found the swan is too old for Johnny. He has no creativity, no genius to skate such music. I don't know why he continues, every year, to skate to classical music that he interprets with such an old style (and not old in a good way, for me). Patrick‘s term of creative is brilliant. ” When I read this comment, honestly, I thought “ Huh ???” I
