Yummy Banana Shake / Smoothie Recipe

Today, I would like to share the recipe of my favorite Banana shake ( smoothie ). During the hot summer time, it's really yummy and is cooling down our body , so makes our feeling fantastic to drink it. I usually drink it after exercise, and feel like I'm in a heaven. I had shared a recipe of banana smoothies a long time ago. I prefer banana shake during the summer time. Ingredients     * Banana -    2  (  Slice  the banana about 1 inch long each and put them in a plastic bag and keep it in the Freezer and make  Frozen sliced banana )  * Organic Plain Yogurt - 4 table spoons ( about 60g ) * Organic Sugar or  Raw Honey - 2 or 3 table spoons  ( based on your liking )     I put 2 table spoons for raw honey or 3 table spoons for sugar  * Milk -   300 cc * Vir

Exercise A !

Searching and watching Youtube videos has been my daily habit.  It's so great and so convenient that I can find anything I want in it.  Recently I've been into exercise videos to shape up my body and for my health. and have been doing some exercises since about a month ago.  My husband started working at home since April and he also joined one of the exercises in his break time.  I tried several exercise videos and realized the most important thing is I can enjoy with it and can continue every day.  There are many videos which are hard work, but if I was younger it's fine but I've read about that after becoming 50s, it's better to do it as fun, and too much exercise are not good for health.  Our bodies are not the same as when we were younger, so it's good to choose exercise based on our body condition and we can continue without difficulty.  The point is having fun and can do every day.  Because it's no meaning if we can not continue

Cherry's Season

Eating seasonal foods are not only good for health but also it's increasing our vibrational energy and it brings good luck.  I love this season so much because my favorite fruit Cherry is the food in season right now,  and I can eat cherries every day !  I don't know why but Cherry has been my favorite fruit since I was a little girl.   In my childhood, my image of Cherry was always Luxury fruit because it was  expensive and I was not able to eat much. So I was often dreaming to eat Cherries until I get full. In my parents generation, they said Banana was very expensive because it was not easy to get in Japan and was known as luxury fruit until the year I was born.  Now we can buy bananas about less than 70 cents/lb so I eat it every day. I feel wealthy and abundance when I think about it while eating the banana.  In Japanese Cherries, my favorites are called Sato Nishiki,  Napoleon ( it's the types of Cherries which are from Yamagata  Prefectu

News about Covid-19 is everywhere in the world right now.  I feel something really weird things have been happening  since this January. Like watching a Science fiction film such as twilight zone. Besides the information from the main media , I've seen some info from people who have psychic ability.  The info I've seen is from people who are able to contact to aliens from different planets.   According to them, the media hype about the coronavirus are fake, and the numbers of the people who died from this virus are almost the same as people who died from the flu virus. So why suddenly this time, this virus is made into  like a big problem, warning people to stay at home,  stop all the events and ,many stores, stop traveling to other contries, wear maskes, work at home. Actually no one around me seems to be catching the corona and I only know some famous people caught it and that info came from TV. In Japan, one of the most famous Japanese comedians died by corona

Sweet Food which does not get fat - Warabi mochi

I recently love eating this sweet food that Japanese call " Warabi mochi " which is made of 0 calories food psyllium in my coffee break time.   It's sweet food but I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar when I make it. Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is 0 calorie s and 0 glycemic and very similar taste as normal sugar. It is said it's derived from monk fruit, which looks like a small green gourd native to regions of China and Thailand.  It's not artificial so it is not bad for health so I feel comfortable eating it. Warabi mochi is a food which is normally made of Kinako ( soybean flour) & sugar & warabi powder and it's one of my favorite foods. However it's high calorie foods so if I eat a lot, it's easy to gain weight.   Because Warabi mochi flour is Starch and has sugar in it and is high calorie.  So I was not eating it. and then recently I found the recipe of diet Warabi Mochi which is made of Psyllium

Benefits of Fruits

Today's brunch -  Fruitarian   I had a Fruitarian brunch today. One banana, half apple, some grapes and strawberries, two mandarin oranges, and hot water. I love to eat many fruits for breakfast or brunch. I've read about a Japanese Fruitarian called Mizuki Nakano who has been eating 99.9% only Fruits since 2009.  According to him,  he started doing it as an experiment because there is no scientific data of what will happen when we eat too many fruits even though it's often warned to avoid eating too many fruits because it may cause to get fat, may get diabetes, may make your body cold and get poor circulation. So he has been researching what kind of change will appear when eating so many fruits through his body. He also mentioned that it's his experiment so he does not suggest to do the same thing as him. My Recent Life

It's been forever since my last post ! During the time, we have moved to a new place.  I love these views.   Beautiful mountain views. New Guitar   My husband bought a new guitar ( in the right side, brown & black one ), so we decorated it with his other guitar in the wall. New winter slippers  These are my new winter slippers which are like rabbits.   It's warm and comfortable. New Sneakers   Socks sneakers.  They are very comfortable with soft cushions. But they are good for short time and not good to wear all day long. When we were moving to the new place, I was wearing them for a long time and my feet got hurt. New Sunglasses These were very hard to find, so happy to get them. Love birds couple   They often come to our balcony.   Very lovely !
